Hello, I have several grievances regarding both the hotel and hotels.com. Firstly, despite selecting breakfast while booking the room through the app, the hotel still charged us separately for it. Unfortunately, this additional charge of 4500 rupees was not reflected on the receipt or the app screen. Secondly, the quality of our stay was subpar; we didn't even receive an executive room. Due to my busy work schedule, I didn't get a chance to discuss this with the manager or staff. Overall, I am disappointed with the poor management by hotels.com and Bawa Continental.
