Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Staff was very nice and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. Convenient location, kind of in between the airport and downtown Kelowna.

There was grease marks on the towels

We stayed at the Days Inn in Cranbrook and found the staff to be very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was a highlight, especially the chef-made omelettes which were excellent. The bed was very comfortable and ensured a good night’s rest. However, the room faced the main street, and it was quite noisy at night, which affected sleep quality.

The breakfast was excellent with your choice of omelette, which is made to order also there are also bacon, sausage and roasted potatoes. This is our favourite place to stay as it is so centrally located. There is an Indian Restaurant onsite and there is sometimes a smell from the restaurant. We didn’t mind it because we love Indian food except it closed on Monday. That was a disappointment!

Good, clean accommodations, reasonably priced and centrally located to fast food and restaurants. It would be nice to see USB charging outlets in the rooms as standard but it’s not a deal breaker at all. Have stayed here before, will stay again.

Love this property as it has one of the best Indian Resturants on the facility. Best butter chicken. Come here once as year for the food.

Parking was scarce and my non-smoking room definitely smelled of cigarettes, but the staff was great and the breakfast excellent compared to other hotels at this price point.

Clean room and quiet if you are not on the road side of the hotel. Decent pool. Breakfast overrated but it is there and you get warm food. Omelette station was something to look forward to but it turned out dry and tasteless. Some boiled eggs would work better. I would not want to be on the first floor as the Indian restaurant attached to the hotel makes the place smell like an Indian kitchen. I like Indian food but wouldn't want to sleep in that smell. Price was ok since it included breakfast but the breakfast is ... meh.

We raced the triathlon at Wasa Lake this past weekend, and we had our one night booked the day before the race. We were very happily surprised that the staff gave us the option to take a “to go bag” of breakfast items when we said we would be leaving at 6:00am, technically an hour before the complimentary breakfast at the hotel was due to start. It was awesome!

Staff were unfriendly. Room was dirty. Room was noisy. Breakfast included with the room was lacking. Do not recommend staying. Will not stay again there.

Comfortable beds, clean, and a great breakfast

Great hotel. Our suite was beautiful and large.

The game room was fun and the breakfast and seating area were above the usual ones. Onelets made to order with hash browns,sausage and bacon.

Would have been a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all around but there was no designated pet potty area. Quick walk across the street but on property would have been so much easier. Suggestion: maybe a fake grass area on the court yard

Friendly and helpful staff. Quick check in. Breakfast starts at 7 am, would be nice if it started earlier for the early travellers.
