Electronics in the room were not up to current levels. No USB chargers at all. Hotel has no parking. Had to park a block away in a pay parking lot. Otherwise the hotel was nice and the staff were helpful.

Room 5th floor center of building. WiFi was 2 to 7 Mbps Wi-Fi download speed and 1 Mbps upload. Hotel front desk informed. Staff could not resolve issue. I tried 2 eSims (Docomo/KDDI) but building walls prevented use. Bed comfortable, refrigerator would not cool bottle so I would get ice from 2nd floor. 4 night stay and I was informed at check in no cleaning for 4 days…unless I requested. Hotel dated . There are other hotel options and I will choose differently next time in Sasebo

Wish they had a few American channels on the television.

A no frills but quality hotel convenient to all that downtown Sasebo has to offer. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Room and property were clean and functional.

Great hotel

Very clean room. All amenities available. Nice coffee bags. Comfortable bed. Good shower large rooms. A little dated and don’t like shower curtains. Room is so big the bed doesn’t need to be against the wall. Would stay again 😃

The staff were very helpful and kind. The rooms were outdated with terrible lighting. Mattress and pillow were so hard. The bathroom had so much mold.

Toilet a little noisy when you flush it. Breakfast was good. Walkable area to a lot of shopping and navy base. Enjoyed the shotengai

I would not hesitate to stay there again in the near future. I wanted a double or queen bed but all they had were singles, but it was still worth it.

At check-in, the staff gave us breakfast tickets. They called the room while we were getting dressed, so we had to run to the lobby in a hurry. It turns out that the staff gave us the breakfast tickets by mistake. Also there were stains on the chairs in the room. Other than that, the stay was fine.

I had to be moved to a different room sit the uncleanliness of the first room. The second room was no better which has already been reported to Hotels.com including pictures of the issues. I believe there was even mold on the curtains in the second room.
