Air conditioning was terrible. Room has no wash cloths, no conditioner and no lotion. Location was convenient but cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. Every night the noise from the nearby bars continued late

Good location, close to shopping and some restaurants. Shower looked nasty, we had to put towels on the shower floor and the A/C was barely working, while it was over 100deg outside.

Spur of the moment stay when my first room was an epic fail. Stayed with Mercure properties before. Knew it not be a fail!! Thanks for saving us!!

It is a functional hotel in a convenient location. Stuff is very helpful but the hotel heeds basic upgrades. it is worth paying extra to get a room with a balcony.

Location and standard excellent

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was excellent for walking the old town, plenty of close restaurants and a grocery store. It is a central location for hiking in the area. There was air conditioning and a safe which we appreciated. Overall, our stay was ok but the rooms are smaller than we expected and the carpeting was quite dated and needs replacement.

I was working in Freiburg for a week and really appreciated the outstanding breakfast buffet which sustained me thru long work mornings.

Walkable to the Munsterplatz and many shops, restaurants and bars. The reception area had a tranquil vibe and the staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and perfect for what we needed.
