The staff were fantastic here. We had a power outage right as we were checking in, and they carried our luggage up to the 4th floor, no problem. And they were smiling the whole time. The issue with this property is it needs some upkeep. While our unit was nice, clean and functional, the carpet was stretched to the point of having ripples all over , and it seemed dirty and worn. The chair in the living room was worn through the fabric. So, if they did a teeny bit of u Dating, it would definitely be a nice place to stay

The resort and rooms were beautiful with picturesque views. I wouldn't however go back because the pool was very cold and everyone going in shared the same feelings. In addition the hot tub was luke warm. Maintenance assured they were at desired temperatures but it didn't seem right. My young daughter who loves the water didn't even want to go in. It was very disappointing considering the pool for us is always a selling feature having kids.

The room could have been cleaner with better coffee options!

Beautiful property right on the lake. lovely grounds. Unit was spacious and fully equipped including a wine fridge, washer/dryer, Keurig coffee make, dishwasher, stove and fridge. The only Negative was that the hide abed couch in the living room was very uncomfortable to sit on to watch the fireplace or TV. also the dining room chairs were very used and uncomfortable.

Excellent view. Property was fantastic.

The hot tub was not working unfortunately. also there was no cafe for breakfast Otherwise the place was very impressive. I would return with family for a longer stay

Staff was next level good!

This was such a beautiful hotel clean and nice friendly staff quiet rooms price was not bad would stay here anytime.

Room was excellent, spacious, very comfortable, and had every facility we could possibly need. Hotel was situated in a very picturesque location, though access to a vehicle was essential. We didnt make use of bar or resaurant during our short stay, but they appeared to be very adequate and enjoyed excellent views over the lake.

The kids loved the waterslid and there was great hiking and plenty of wineries close by.

Very nice place to stay. Condos are large and very comfortable. Full kitchen and laundry. Property is beautiful with gardens, pool, hot tub, small slide, pickle ball courts. Private beach with great view of Lake Okanagan. Restaurant has good food, but not open for breakfast. Many restaurants within driving distance, but not walking distance since the area is residential. Many permanent residents at this property who were very friendly. Extremely dog friendly! Staff are excellent!

The property was very nice. The unit was well equipped. Really appreciated white fluffy towels and pool towels in the unit. However the pool was really cold, even though they claimed that it was heated! The hot tub was really cold too. So we couldn't;t enjoy the amenities.

The location is very beautiful. However, there lake facing sweets are not actually facing the mountain or lake. Over priced Breakfast nort included which is a standard feather

Amazing room we had, lake view and penthouse with a loft. Nice and clean. Helpful and friendly staff. So much to do at this place.

Lovely property with great location to explore west Kelowna wineries (and also an easy Uber ride over the bridge to downtown too). Note pool open dates as it doesn’t open until May long weekend, even if weather is lovely early May.

The AC didn’t work for 4 days. It’s was very hot at night and staff could never tell us when it would be fixed but it never did…
