Food can be improved but the beach was clean

Nice place to stay. Definitely coming back.

The housekeeping was amazing, property was clean. There definitely was a language barrier for some people. The food mostly catered to the locals

I loved the cleanliness, my room was cleaned twice a day. Staff was polite.The resort very nice. Pleny of activities to do. Clean pools. What i didn't like was that the staff was not polite at Talapa. We had to ask for utensils, water, and napkins. They looked annoyed when we asked.

The resort was clean and entertainment was good. We enjoyed the food at some restaurants and not as thrilled at others but it wasn’t bad just not as good. Only real issue was the seaweed in the Ocean made getting into the water not as desirable. Not really the resorts fault. Mother Nature.

Horrible customer service!

Liked the adults only. Food was good at this property, but at the Catalonia next-door it was very limited and hard to get a decent meal at the buffets. I like the two pools I like the quiet pool by the ocean. I did not like the people trying to sell something every two minutes. They were a nuisance. The quality of the ocean has really gone downhill from previous years due to excessive growth of grass in the ocean and the seaweed problem. They did clean up the seaweed almost twice a day.

The resort itself was amazing, very clean, beautiful views. The food wasn’t great but everything else it was. Ana from reception very attentive and nice.

Awesome place and experience

The property on the adults only side was very nice. It’s a quiet vibe with lots of places to relax and soak up the sun. Food was good, I felt there were plenty of options between the adult and family side of the resort. Things to be aware of, make reservations for all your dining immediately. They fill up fast and you need to plan for this. Be prepared to be annoyed by the amount of solicitation from vendors. This is the only reason I did not give 5 stars, the beach needs to be private and they should not be bothering me in my private villa.
