The pool was out of service. This was a major disappointment, since the temperatures was over 100 degrees! Very disappointed this was not mentioned in the hotel description. I feel we were deceived. We would not have stayed there if we had known this beforehand.

Pleasant style and great price!

The room is nice and clean

The gentleman working the counter is friendly, and efficiently checked me in. Room is simple but nice!! The shower was hot and wifi works great!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They answered my needs well. The area caters exclusively to truckers but the family traveler was not out of place. Some dining is available in the area and a near by Sinclair station sells gas for 20 cents a gallon cheaper than anywhere else.

Wish I could give negative stars. Infested with bugs. I walked in and walked right back out because the place was covered in roaches. I put stuff back and car and thought I really have to pee. No TP had to get from front desk. Then as using restroom flying bugs swarmed my head. I checked out instantly and they refused a refund. Told me I was crazy and they have no bugs. It said there was a pool online but it is actually drained. Across the street was a decent spot that seemed like a luxury resort compared to here and it was cheaper total costs. Never ever again and beware if you do. It’s HORRIBLE!!

The worst experience ever my $200 CASH deposit was taken from me for something me and my husband didn’t do and the man in the front desk came at me and yelled at me in my face

Even though I had prepaid for my stay, the guy at the counter wanted me to give him my credit card for a $50 room deposit. When I declined, he reluctantly did an override. There was no coffee maker in the room and no coffee service in the lobby. There was one cockroach on the wall. On the plus side, the hot water was great, the towels and bedding clean and it was a very quiet stay.

The owners were very friendly during my late night check in. I stay in Buttonwillow often on my way to, or from L.A. One of the quieter hotels in Buttonwillow. I'll be back.

Breakfast is from 5am- 7am. Check out is at 10am.

They didn’t have the room we booked. Nor did they have any at all. The site needs to be updated

If you are looking for a property that is economical, this is a very good place to stay for the night. Its not expensive but you do know that you should not expect so much. But for the price, its clean inside, it has a fridge and a microwave toilet paper and facial tissues are available. Towels and wash cloths are complete. The overnight staff is very helpful. Though he was having a problem with the hotel check-in system. I have to wait for a while. Its was okay to wait. The area is safe and quite a few vehicle and people moving around. 5 star for a good stay.

I chose this property because they advertised continental breakfast upon getting here and asking what time breakfast ends they said they don't serve breakfast I would like a credit
