The Conca Park is a beautiful hotel, the staff were very friendly. It’s very conveniently located for walking into the centre of Sorrento.

We absolutely loved our stay in Conca Park. It's a great hotel with a very beautiful lobby and restaurant and outdoor area. The hotel and rooms are very clean. The breakfast is excellent. The location is the best! Many hotels in Sorrento require you to get a ride to get to the city center. This hotel is just 7 minutes walk from Piazza Tasso and all the happenings, yet built so that rooms are very quiet. The staff were extremely helpful and responsive. In our trip to Italy, visiting three major cities (Florence, Rome and Sorrento), this hotel had the greatest service! The front desk team are so customer oriented. We had a welcome bottle of champagne, and a large orange marmalade jar as a goodbye gift! Thank you Conca Park Hotel for making our stay so memorable.

The pool is only open from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.. we tried using it on multiple days after it coming back from outings but it was always close by then which pretty much made it useless. The staff was very friendly and the upkeep of the property was impeccable. The fitness room was decent as well.

Room wasn’t very clean, towels feels old, staff are friendly and breakfast was good. No hair conditioner was provided, we had to buy our own.

I stayed at Hotel Conca Park in October with two friends for a special retirement celebration. We reserved three rooms, including a suite with a private hot tub. That feature was the reason we paid extra—yet it never worked. We reported the issue the first night, the second night (when a staff member attempted to fix it), and again each day after, except once due to weather. Repeated promises were made by front desk staff, including a call (on speakerphone) assuring us the room and extras would be refunded. The next morning, we confirmed this again at checkout with two staff members, and were told the charge on my card would be reversed. Multiple people in our group heard these conversations. Instead, days later I received an email from the hotel’s owner claiming no such promise was made and implying we were lying. That was deeply offensive and unprofessional. I stand by our experience and have several witnesses. The other rooms were disappointing—especially the "family" room, which was small, uncomfortable, and dated. For the price we paid across all three rooms, the service and integrity fell far short of expectations. I would not stay here again and will be filing a formal dispute with American Express.

The property was beautiful and filled with amenities. Located within walking distance of shopping, the station, and the water. The room was clean except for one towel. Staff replaced the towel quickly.

One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed in! Do yourself a favor and get a room with a balcony, the view is incredible. The include breakfast buffet has everything (even for picky American eaters like my spouse) and it’s around the corner from the main shopping street in sorrento with all the stores and restaurants. I will definitely be back!

Overall, I would rate Hotel Conca park a solid 4.0. It’s a lovely hotel, ideally located within walking to the heart of Sorrento. The staff was excellent and very helpful with restaurant recommendations, calling a taxi, scheduling tours to Positano and Amalfi. The entry way is an art gallery of amazing modern art which I admired daily on our walks in/out of the hotel. If walking 400m frequently is not your jam, there is a golf cart to take you to/fro the reception area and the hotel itself. Our room was beautiful! Highly recommend room #143 with 2 balconies overlooking the pool and garden, beautiful view of the Mediterranean in the distance and direct access to the lemon garden, pool and restaurant. It’s in the original villa and are two rooms combined into a guest suite. Generously sized bedroom and living room with a dining table that could accommodate 6 easily. The armoires and fireplace were a beautiful touch. Only negatives were the food and housekeeping. Breakfasted is served buffet style and I enjoyed my omelettes and the daily vegetable selections. My husband and daughter grew tired of the same breakfast buffet options which leaned more continental with heavily meat, cheese and pastry selections. The dinner options were not appealing to us given the amazing food we had nearby. Housekeeping didn’t clean our room when requested so we had dirty towels, unmade beds foe 2 days. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel as a wonderful resort to make your home base.

Amazing hotel ! Best highlight of our south Italy trip , hotel itself like an Art pieces , nice swimming pool , lounge and staff very helpful and friendly . We stayed in sea view balcony room , the view from hotel is stunning , overlook the ocean and mountain. Location very convenient, walkable to Main Street and port . 10/ 10 experience ! Would totally recommend people want to stay in sorrroto !

Nice hotel in convenient location.

The hotel is located close to the centre for restaurants and bars, including access to the harbour. Rooms were clean although basic, no irons in rooms or coffee even though kettle present. Breakfast was reasonable and dinner was priced comparable to local restaurants.
