The young lady at the réception was more ten helpfull specially with my BonVoy account!

The hotel was close to the international airport. The staff were friendly and cooperative. The hotel offered guests breakfast in the morning.

Outside is full of garbage. Room service as well as the swimming pool service was worse. They had no towels and contacted the front desk a few times and each time he said that they are waiting for the new towels. Not worh the money paid for this room. The couch (bed) was very bad and uncomfortable

Shuttle buses to airport

At first glance it looks like its in an industrial park with nothing around, but theres actually a large shopping mall thats a 7 minute walk or so, a mcdonalds, a walmart and an ikea. Very clean accomodations and modern, indoor pool was great for the kids. Airport shuttle is a huge bonus.

Great staff, not so great location and exterior

Needs to improve on shuttle service. Driver did not drop locations. I am a person with a disability and he dropped us off far away from WestJet
