Excellent rooms and location.

Very simple room but good value. Shower and towels very good. But from the street the hotel looks pretty run down, we were concerned. However, much nicer on the inside and staff really friendly.

Location is just across train station.

Met our needs, but desk was not staffed in the morning. Only 1 power outlet in the room

Breakfast without eggs,meat for sandwich and not enought bread.

We arrived at lunchtime and weren’t allowed to check in yet, which is within their right. And then we were 4 but they said they couldn’t give us more than one key because previous guests had stolen them… and at the same time they make ZERO effort to replace the stolen ones. And you need a fob to enter the building at night, but apparently the spare ones had also been stolen by previous guests and they do nothing to replace them. My friends went to bed early, and I wasn’t able to get back into the hotel and wasn’t even able to sleep in the room I booked because of their ridiculous key situation… they need to implement a code system on the door, but I have little hope of that happening seeing how proactive they were…

Directly across from the train station and I didn’t hear anything. The staff were very nice and the breakfast was great. I wish that the bed was elevated about 8-10”. It was very comfortable but hard to get out of bed for an old man like myself!

great location across street from train station by far best breakfast I have had on trip so far very friendly, helpful staff Wi-Fi worked half the time, didn't work half the time could never get air conditioning to work

Family-friendly

Great hotel, location is walkable to city centre, and free parking just outside. Reception is very friendly and helpful rooms clean, quiet. No faults I could see. Would stay here again.

Opposite train station so convenient for 1 night stay - good breakfast - close to the old town - everything worked and staff were helpful

What a disappointment! What a disgust! I wonder how come they are still open and operating. Marco and Manuela, amazing customer service. I feel they could work for a real hotel, and not this DUMP! Do not get me wrong: I know that pictures online depict the latest renewed room, but what it was given to us was the most disgusting accommodation! Even came with broken window for FREE BLOOD THIRSTY MOSQUITO & FREE MOLD in bedroom: see pictures and see if this is to anyone standard!

Wonderful staff. Great location opposite train station & adjacent to bus station, perfect if using Siracusa Asa base to explore the region.

Staff very welcoming and room clean and spacious. Walking distance to Ortigia.
