The room was spacious, nicely decorated, modern, and had great views. The location is perfect. Can walk to old town, China town, the boat tours, parks, and the bay. And the staff are so nice and helpful. I would definitely stay her again!

Spacious suites equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay including a balcony. Bathrobes also a nice touch. Had an issue with room cleaning being forgotten. We ate in restaurant twice for breakfast and once for happy hour drinks plus food. Only issue were the poached eggs which were sent back 3 times. Our server was very busy in each visit but did a great job.

The hotel was spotless and location is excellent for walking around Victoria. My only criticism is the $200 deposit taken on arrival for whatever reason as there's no mini-bar and restaurant/bar is run separately and you have to pay on ordering.

Incredible stay!! Our room was gorgeous!! The staff was so amazing!! The restaurant in the lobby was delicious and had board games! We will absolutely be back! Less than 10 minute walk to the ocean!
