Great location for real Florence experience

Conveniently located

The staff was fabulous and very friendly! Made the stay extremely enjoyable!

I liked the area as it was walkable and close to tourist attractions. However, it was very crowded and noisy. Even the hotel at midnight was very noisy. If you want to consider this hotel to stay, never ever get 4th floor. The reception and restaurant are in 5th floor and 4th floor will be super noisy, the way that you cannot sleep. We had not a good experience in this hotel unfortunately.

Perfect location right off the ponte vecchio. Small but decent rooms, very firm mattresses maybe a bit much for us, however thin walls and very loud courtyard that we were over with frivolity going on all night. Gracious staff.

An older hotel, but with all the essentials plus a very nice dining area for breakfast and dinner on the upper levels. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and fluent in English.

The view from the balcony for breakfast was exceptional. The staff was professional and very accommodating, especially Allegra, the day manager. It gave me the feeling of a true european/italian hotel. We will definitely return upon our next visit to Florence. Highly recommend,

felt like I overpaid for this hotel. Was not worth it, but the breakfast was really good and location is the best. Staff was super nice, I would try another hotel to get a better value

A little gem in the centre of Florence

The location is great , breakfast is absolutely great , but I have to say that is a very old property, I stayed in room 102 ... the room was clean but the shower was nasty... the sheets were clean but the mattress stank , like pets were sleeping on it ... it was something stronger coming from under the sheets.... I communicated everything to the stuff... small things like clean better the shower and replace the mattress could make this place 4 or 5 stars I really hated it because of that !!! I wasn't able to relax because of the shower and the mattress smells... I was worried about catching something...

Excellent customer service especially the staff during breakfast and the housekeefer. All of them are very friendly, polite and helpful. The interior us very pretty! Will definitely recommend.

Soo close to everything! Rooms & bathrooms are small but totally charming and clean. Do yourself a favor and stay here!

This is an older property. Rooms are small but clean. Wish there was a kettle in the room. Really adorable and staff was very helpful.
