This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. They have for sure the nicest staff ever. So accommodating. Great food the breakfast buffet is so so good. Definitely will come back and recommend highly.

Minoa Palace in Chania is one of the best resorts out there. All the staff are so kind and hospitable. A special thank you to Almera, who took care of our stay from day one until our departure; she is so kind and one of the best at what she does. Thank you also to Labrini (I hope I'm spelling their name correctly). The accommodation was beautiful, located right in front of the beach, and we had a private pool & private cabana by the beach that was exclusively for us during our stay. The food was excellent. The location is the best. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Elafonisi beach, arranged by the wonderful receptionist; our trip to the pink sand beach was a highlight. I would stay here again and highly recommend it. Thank you for your VIP treatment of us; I can’t thank you enough. Thank you, everyone!

The variety of pools and seafront. A very beautiful resort that’s perfect for families. We had beautiful 7 days of heaven here

The rooms were spacious, the buffet breakfast delicious and the staff was very friendly. However, our key didn't work. I had to go to the lobby 7 times for this, which was a hassle. Also, in a 5 star resort there should be some things for kids to play with in the pool and more pampering amenities in the room, beside the obligatory shower cap. Also, a free shuttle to Chania would have been a big advantage.

Amazing food options at the property, beautiful resort amenities, accomodating and lovely staff. Perfect for young families. A truely memorable experience will definitely be back.

If you are looking for a beautiful, clean, great food, spectacular place then look no further this is it. The best place in Platania. Beautifully decorated spacious clean rooms, polite and attentive staff all over. We had an amazing time at Minoa Palace.

Stayed 6 nights in a pool view room which we were upgraded to. Had a beautiful view from the 2nd floor. The bedroom and bathroom were both very spacious and clean. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Was fresh every morning and had a very large variety of hot and cold dishes and sweets. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Overall a pleasant stay in a beautiful property.

We had such a lovely time at this resort. Excellent facilities, very clean and great customer service. Angelo on reception was always keen to help answer any number of queries we had. Enjoyed the spa and indoor pool very much. Conveniently located on beach side and easy commute to Chania town. Would highly recommend this hotel.

My husband and I stayed at the Minoa Palace for a portion of our honeymoon with the half board package and we greatly enjoyed the experience. Their location was great and transportation to Chania was easily accessible. The half board includes breakfast and dinner in which the food was excellent. We choose this option so that we could venture out during the day and explore other places for lunch. Their services were amazing from the spa to the various classes you could participate in. The pools were beautiful and easy access to the beach. I would highly recommend a stay here if you’re looking for a place near Chania.

The best hotel in Plantanias. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The hotel is always clean, accessible and full of character. Breakfast was superb and the restaurant by the beach a lovely venue to eat it. An area I would suggest improving would be the menus of the restaurants to cater more for vegetarians and vegans but this is not a criticism.

Would recommend
