Friendly staff.

good place with great staff and an excellent restaurant

Chambre minuscule et affreuse. 80 EUR pour cela c'est scandaleux. Hôtel vétuste et sordide. On nous a donné une chambre au rez de chaussée et nous étions deux femmes... La moitié des chaînes ne marchaient pas sur la télé. Le téléphone ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre. ai dû réclame un deuxième oreiller. Les plinthes et la moquette étaient tachées... Pas de penderie...

Rooms are very efficient and practical and on the whole very clean. They are real value for money and this particular hotel is situated very close to the Atlantique shopping centre. On the negative side, rooms No1 and 34 have an electricity power station situated a few metres from them and made for a very noisy night, resulting in a very poor sleep. On our second stay, the room though clean, smelt very damp and musky throughout, as if the floor had been wiped with a smelly cloth. On the whole convenient and value for money.

Perfect for an overnight stay. Very good for shops etc.

Stayed at this hotel with my wife in mid Nov 2018, very basic small room and facilities on the ground floor , something you would expect from a motel in North America. Room was clean, quiet area. You need a car because the tramway to downtown Nantes is not within walking distance. Nice buffet breakfast for 10 Euros.

We were not there, my mother died but we still had to pay. Hard to rate lost money at such a time.

The staff were absolutely excellent. We were met at reception by Maureen, and she took us through the check in procedure without any problems. She asked us if we would like to use French or English to check in (we chose English). The room was very comfortable and clean, with all the facilities we needed for a one night stay. The meal in the evening was absolutely first class, and the waitress staff were helpful and very friendly. We found the kettle in our room did not work, so we rang reception. Maureen came up and tried a kettle from the next room, but it was the fitting which was u/s. Maureen offered us a change of room, but we were too tired to repack and unpack. Maureen made various suggestions for a cup of tea in the morning, and finally offered to make up a key for the next room so we could boil a kettle in the morning. We did not have breakfast, as we were still pretty full from the evening meal!! Overall we were very impressed with the hotel and staff, and, as we travel through France 2 -3 times per year, we plan to re-book at this hotel in the future. The only slight criticism is the state of the outside of the hotel, as it could do with renovation, especially the outside staircases.

Good staff and fairly quiet but hotel showing its age and areas need refurbishing

This is a great half way stop for us coming up from The Dordogne. What makes it so special is th beautiful food served in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast and theefficiency and friendlinessof all the staff

Friendly welcome, secure parking and a kettle in a French hotel room! The onsite restaurant was an added bonus, good quality and great staff.

We stayed in this hotel for one night to break our journey as we were travelling from Bordeaux to Dinan. The hotel room was small and basic, good wifi and a lovely shower for the cost. We eat in the resturant, which was very convenient as it was raining very heavily. Also it was very close to a large shopping centre where we were able to get some last minute purchases.

The hotel was average the restaurant was average, the meal was small for the money, if I stayed here again I would go somewhere else for an evening meal.

Stayed here for one night en route to Spain . Best described as a motel . Very easy to locate . Reception and restaurant are away from the rooms . Very good staff - Efficient and friendly . Food very good both the dinner and the breakfast . The rooms are quiet and comfortable . Wifi is excellent . The only down to this motel is the carpet in the room (11) could do with changing . Patricia in the restaurant was very helpful even though she had very little english . Top marks for this motel

A very clean modern hotel. Access to the car park is a little difficult being hidden by a high hedge and just around a sharp corner on a busy road.GPS co-ordinates would be a great asset on the booking confirmation form.

Lovely rooms with excellent facilities and staff with good english.We ate dinner and breakfast there and came away thinking that it was good value and so easy to get on the periferique from there.There is also the tram terminal within walking distance to visit the lovely heart of Nantes itself quite an experience.
