The staff was so friendly. The hotel was decorated for the Alabama game and the managers reception was outstanding.

Great staff, very attentive!

The property was clean and updated, but the housekeeping service was terrible. Rooms are supposedly cleaned every other day, but ours wasn’t cleaned at all. We took down our “Do Not Disturb” sign at 9:30 a.m. before heading out, yet the front desk said housekeeping leaves at 11:30. That’s not acceptable for a hotel that only offers service every other day!

The rooms are large, very clean and the bed was amazing, such a good nite sleep.

I came Alabama for a Ministry event at the Hilton Inn in Tuscaloosa. From check in to everything in between and check out SUPERB service. Staff was Exceptional. Front desk staff & Kitchen staff. The Breakfast Buffet was Exceptional and they use real eggs, not powered & watered down. I would definitely recommend this Hotel. If I should come back to visit, this would be my home away from home!

Was a decent place to stay but you had to pay for breakfast I stay out of town a lot and never had to pay for breakfast it should have been included

Downtown and campus were very crowded but it was graduation Staying here was easier to get dinner and breakfast without the crowd

It was just myself and my son. We felt very safe to be traveling by ourselves. The staff was very friendly! The breakfast was bt far the best hotel breakfast we've ever had!

They double charged me for my room and I have called them 3 days in a row to correct this and each time they said it was fixed but not the case . This is very unprofessional.Dean Hollenbach

Very friendly staff, very clean rooms ; amazing environment

The blinds wouldn't close and I had to have someone from the front desk come help with them. Even she struggled to get them closed. The toilet in our bathroom ran every 15-30 seconds and the room felt like the AC hadn't been on in a week when we got there. It cooled off really quickly, but was uncomfortable at the start.

Hotel is clean and appears to be newly remodeled. Staff was very welcoming.

The stay was fine but our bathroom needed some extra cleaning
