Hotel main areas looked great, I felt the rooms didn't really match the decor and style. Our room was quite small and didn't have air con, we came end of June and it was hot were surprised they didn't have this although my fault for not checking before booking. No fans available either so slept with balcony doors open every night. There was used ashtray left on our balcony arrived, we don't smoke so would have appreciated this being cleaned before we arrived and the shampoo/wash bottles in the shower were empty and didn't get filled during our stay. Small issues but worth mentioning. The hotel is in a good location but would need a car to get around. Breakfast was nice and use of the nearby spa was great although only open in afternoon/evening.

Hotel Boite was a little off the beaten path, but the views were 100% worth it! I don't know if we just missed it, but we learned upon arrival that the spa wasn't connected to the hotel, so you had to drive a few minutes to it. We also learned most of the amenities at the spa were nude only. That's not my preference, so we didn't get to enjoy the spa like I would have liked. We decided to do a horseback riding tour which was so worth it! Christian (the guide) was incredible and took us all over the mountains. It was worth it for two nights as we continued our journey through the dolomites!

Unfortunately wasn't a great stay. The spa doesn't open until 2pm so if you check in the evening before you can't use it which is the main reason we booked. On check-in the staff were quite rude but to be fair the staff on check out were nice. Hotel.com customer service were useless trying to resolve.

We booked Hotel Boite largely because of the spa, which is prominently featured throughout the hotel’s photos and booking page. This was very misleading. The spa is not part of the hotel—it’s a 10-minute walk or short drive away. After a long hike, we wasted time searching for the sauna before the front desk told us it was at a separate facility. To compensate, they gave us one free hour at the spa but failed to mention towels were not provided. We were told to either rent towels for €5 each or walk back to the hotel to get our own. The spa itself was also disappointing, with the “vascular path” consisting of little more than painful rocks. Housekeeping was equally frustrating. Our room wasn’t cleaned until late afternoon, our towels weren’t replaced, and staff left cleaning supplies in our bathroom. We put them in the hallway, and they were still there the next day. For a hotel claiming to be four stars, it misses many of the details that matter. The staff was not particularly attentive, there was no coffee in the room, breakfast was entirely self-service, and the air conditioning barely worked, leaving our room over 80°F every night. The location is convenient for exploring the Dolomites, but overall the misleading spa advertising, poor housekeeping, lack of attention to detail, and nonfunctional AC made this a disappointing stay.

Breakfast was great & staff was very nice. Our room was clean and just right for what we needed. However, AC did not seem to be working during our stay.

We enjoyed our stay here, the location was a bit far from some of the sights we saw so that is something to think about. Breakfast was delicious, staff was super nice and the room was very clean.

Original mid-century modern construction and decor throughout. Very clean. Good parking. Being winter there were a few amenities but that was fine. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was outstanding even though a very limited menu. Included breakfast was great. Beautiful views of the dolomites from every window

I stayed here for 3 nights in September. This was a disappointing and bizarre experience. This is not a 4* hotel. The first issue - we had 1 really rainy day and had some soaking wet clothing. We asked reception if they could turn on the radiators in our room, the answer was no, something about the whole hotel’s heating has to be on or off as a whole. We asked for some kind of heater to dry our clothes, the answer was no. 2 more days later the clothes were still wet and we had to pack them wet in our suitcases. The second issue - later on the rainy day we decided to pass some time at the spa. The website is misleading this is not included with your stay. The price is €35 but hotel guests get a 10% discount so €31.50 for 3 hours. Reception rang the spa and nobody answered, she says they are fully booked but they should have spaces from 6pm. I asked how do you know that when nobody picked up the phone? I didn’t trust their answer so we did the 2 minute drive to the spa and we got booked in for 4:30pm. At check out there was no “how was your stay” just “this is the amount you owe for the spa”. Terrible service. The rooms are tiny, the only upside is a nice view but when you’re out for the day it is irrelevant. There is little space in the room, barely enough room in the bathroom to move, and I’m a size 8!! There is no atmosphere, no activities, the evening meal we tried once it was overpriced beef, it is like they try to be fancy when they are not. Avoid!!

We had the most stunning stay at Hotel Boite. We were here for our 1 year anniversary and it felt so special. The staff were incredible at marking the day & always so helpful & friendly. We loved having the hotel as our base to explore the Dolomites, would definitely recommend having a car to get around! We loved using the spa facilities but you do need to book in advance & have to pay to use it. We can’t wait to plan our next trip here!

Unique architecture, very old furnishings

A cool refurbishment job on an old property. Lobby, bar, dining hall all very cool while being cozy and inviting. Rooms are a bit small, but most all come with a small balcony to view the beautiful mountains rising in the distance.

Hotel is no-frills. Expect a comfortable bed but not much service or customer experience beyond bare minimum. We were saddened and frustrated that two minor requests: bottle opener for wine and a fan were met with a “no” upon request. We understand if nothing is truly available, however, staff felt quick to deny a request and not look to support anything further. I think if you come into this hotel with the right mindset you’d be fine. However, we previously stayed in higher end hotels and that made this customer experience very lack luster and left a poor impression. Would try another hotel next time around.
