Warm and friendly reception. Comfortable room. Sunny outdoor terrace for drinks. Overall a very good place on the map.

Service was below average: we were told hotel was traini g new staff

Well located and safe hotel. Easy to park and the hotel car park was very secure with a barrier. Important when you have a packed car. Staff very helpful and the food was very good too.

Although the room details stated they were wheelchair accessible when we arrived we had been allocated first floor rooms, and there are no lifts. Fortunately there was one ground floor room available, not fully accessible but for one night it was manageable.

We spent a comfortable night stop with excellent service from the staff. Food in the evening was limited but good.

Unfortunately our booked hotel was overbooked and we had no option but to stay here. Dirty rooms, nothing nearby and would not recommend.

Room had been prepared but not sure how long ago. There were large cobwebs in the room when I entered. The room was tired and needed painting, and modernisation.

One of our rooms infested with cockroaches. 4 had to sleep in one room with beds together. Very uncomfortable!!!! If you stay stuff the space under doors otherwise you will have hundreds of unwanted extra guests!!!

Typical of the type of chain though did not expect to be low on staff. Meals ok but portions prepackaged and the microwave wave picked well. Staff ok what there were of them

It was an overnight stay encounter travelling South …we had the ground floor room we requested looking a bit tired decor wise

The appearance of the property and the area are shabby. Complained about the air conditioning to the manager because it was nonexistent (in the middle of a heatwave) but nothing was done! Avoid.

We were greeted by the manager who kindly gave us a room on the ground floor with a long, tree-lined, grassy strip opposite - perfect for our dog! The room was spotlessly clean, had a comfy bed and pristine bathroom. Also it is very close to E. Leclerc - my favourite supermarket and several eateries. Lots of secure, free parking and I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Everything you expect from a Campanile - clean, fresh, comfortable. The parking was great, it was easy to find the hotel. Staff were very friendly

Lots of restaurants nearby but very busy roads. A little awkward to get into hotel. Room needed decorating, mouldy bathroom ceiling. Would use again though for shops etc nearby.
