Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre était très propre et confortable, avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Le déjeuner était complet et délicieux, parfait pour bien commencer la journée. L’hôtel est très bien situé, à seulement quelques minutes des chutes Montmorency à Québec, ce qui est super pratique. Pour le rapport qualité-prix, c’était excellent. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation !

Staff were amazing and helped make our first time in Quebec memorable

My stay at the Sleep Inn in Quebec was very good. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the overall experience met my expectations. The staff and front desk team were very friendly and helpful. Check-in was fast and smooth, and even better, the check-out process was quick and easy as well. Breakfast was good, with a nice selection to start the day. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

The worst experience! The beds are extremely uncomfortable, breakfast horrible, the front desk and breakfast room people are rude and unaccommodating. Ice machine was broken. Difficult to imagine that any or real customers could leave positive reviews, as we saw multiple people complaining about their experience and hotel staff refusing to provide any refund or help otherwise.

The hotel was spotless, the staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. Breakfast was delicious, and the location made getting around very easy. Room was great, clean. The breakfast was good 7am-10am! Right by the water close to the falls, and 15 minutes away from all the shopping malls. Would recommend!
