Very lovely room, quiet location with friendly and efficient staff.

The blankets were too thin and the heater unit was too loud. It Woke us many times during the night.

The parking area and walkway into the hotel was all snowed in and not even cleaned the following day . The coffee machine was not working and the heat /ac very noisy.

The fact that the water was going to shut off at 10am and I booked without this knowledge felt very shady. Having to wake up earlier just to shower was unfair especially with no warning.

Nice spot for traveling through Toronto.

Very clean and comfortable. Spacious, well designed rooms. Reasonably priced. Easy access to 401 and nearby shops and restaurants. We would stay there again and recommend it to others.
