The staff were great, and the room was very clean. I did not go to the gym or pool, and I didn't know there was a bar. It was a good weekend.

It was very disappointing that the pool was unable to use as that’s the reason why I stay in that hotel. We had to walk over with two kids The other thing was the double charged me for my hotel and gave me troubles with booking. Wasn’t impressed

Ants in the room on the floor. And pool closed even after I called to ask if open. Fortunately the staff accommodated us packing up in the storm to move to another hotel across the parking lot to Homewood suites. Homewood suites had great accommodations and pool open. Breakfast ok but food sometimes cold. The staff could not keep up to the replenishment even though they tried.

The room was clean; quiet overnight; shower was hot! perfect location for Pickering/Ajax family visit.

The room was clean and spacious. And the morning breakfast was good. The only thing that would have made it better is thicker pillows, toiletries for the washroom such as showe cap & qtips and refillable water station or free water bottles for the rooms.
