Nice staff

I had an issue with the mattress and they replaced within two hours. Staff is wonderfull and very friendly . Definitely will go back

The staff were friendly and went out of their way to accommodate any questions or request. The restaurant is first rate. We could have lived here for a very long time. The hotel was centrally located to all our destinations and so accessible from the 401.

Booked through Expedia for the first time. I was not aware that I would not get points with Hilton for my stay. This info should have been provided to me. I would have booked directly through Hilton

Clean spacious room with a king bed. Toiletries were good quality. Staff very friendly and quick service. Room fridge wasn’t very cold unfortunately and no obvious temp control so I could not adjust it. Fitness equipment was much better than my last visit 6 months or so ago which was very nice to use. All in all would stay again

Excellent stay at the Ajax Hilton Garden Hotel. Room was clean and comfortable and the hotel was very quiet so we had a great sleep!

Didn't try the food so can't comment but thought it was odd they didn't offer the included breakfast like most Hilton's do. The high point was a clean bed no bed bugs! My only complaint is the shower hot water but zero pressure, hate that. At least give us a wand so we can make do otherwise fix the pressure.

I had a lovely stay. The room was spacious and bright. The room was clean, however the carpet needed another going over, which was taken care of immediately. Staff were wonderful. I'd stay again, and recommend to others.
