Front counter person was amazing.

One of my reasons for booking The Hilton Garden Inn was because i loved the fact they have a salt water pool; however, there are no guidelines posted. As a result, from morning till 11.00 pm, kids took over the pool. It was noisy and loud, making it impossible to have adult time. We spent Saturday elsewhere to get some pool time.

Everything went well. Only stayed 1 night. Hotel location was good for my needs and room was clean and comfortable. Had a late dinner at hotel and burger and beer was good and normaly priced. It was all i expected.

It was a good stay, however upon arrival we noticed our air conditioner wasn’t working so we called down to the front desk. They sent someone up and he jiggled the thermostat and unplugged the unit to get it working. It worked for about an hour and then we noticed it stopped working again, they sent him back up and he did the same thing. This time it worked for a few hours and then again around 10:30 pm we noticed the room getting uncomfortably warm and he came for a third time and this time he couldn’t get it going so we had to switch rooms at 10:30 pm with 2 toddlers and a baby. It was very inconvenient. They did however provide yxc

Bedroom has been upgraded. Free guest parking is available. However, the lighting inside the room, to me, is not sufficient for a family.

The only drawback that I felt during our 4 nights stay was that the room was not clean earlier even when we vacated the room early in the morning. When we came back after lunch around two pm, our room was still not clean and we have to remind the cleaning staff and we have to wait half an hour at hotel lobby waiting.

I liked the location and breakfast was good too.

Would have been nice to have known that the hotel was under construction. It was fine but the front desk staff don’t acknowledge it or explain.

It’s a good location with a lot of restaurants around the area.

The hotel was under renovations which made things quite difficult. Accessibility and noise were factors. Upon check in, we were given our keys, only to realize they had only given us keys for one room (when we reserved two). I had to return to the front desk to resolve the issues. We did complain and were offered breakfast. I told them we had to leave earlier than breakfast time and they said they would compensate us some other way. I was told when we checked out the front desk would handle it, but they said nothing at check out.

Service was excellent. There were renovations going on in the lobby and on our floor but it was ok. We would definitely be back.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Appreciated that the blinds could be closed completely as there was a lot of light from neighbouring buildings It would be nice if there was an overhead light near the beds, had to turn on multiple individual lamps - but there were lots of outlets for electronics The pool was great and gym area well supplied with cardio machines , benches, free weights and a pulley system A breakfast was not included, but available at restaurant, and there was a nice sitting/‘ounge area

No breakfast. Crazy price for night that increased $130 between booking and receiving confirmation.

The rooms are a nice size and the staff are above average. The lobby has plenty of seats to lounge around in. They need to fix their sprinkler heads which are too close to the sidewalk and are a serious trip hazard which I mentioned in my last visit over a year ago. I guess they don’t mind a lawsuit. Other than that it’s still a great hotel

The room is clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff are helpful.

heat fan is so loud during the night, swimming pool has no jacuzzi ( misleading photo being showed on the website). Bathtub is dirty.
