The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Appreciated that the blinds could be closed completely as there was a lot of light from neighbouring buildings It would be nice if there was an overhead light near the beds, had to turn on multiple individual lamps - but there were lots of outlets for electronics The pool was great and gym area well supplied with cardio machines , benches, free weights and a pulley system A breakfast was not included, but available at restaurant, and there was a nice sitting/‘ounge area

No breakfast. Crazy price for night that increased $130 between booking and receiving confirmation.

The rooms are a nice size and the staff are above average. The lobby has plenty of seats to lounge around in. They need to fix their sprinkler heads which are too close to the sidewalk and are a serious trip hazard which I mentioned in my last visit over a year ago. I guess they don’t mind a lawsuit. Other than that it’s still a great hotel

My experience here was good. The most important thing is the room was nice. What I would want and expect in a nice hotel. Clean and well appointed. The front desk staff were also nice and helpful. So overall, very good.

Handicapped rooms do not have sufficient grab bars in shower. But rooms are clean and comfy

The place is clean, parking was easy, gym and pool are big and clean.

Our check in went well and the staff at check in were great. Our room had cold air blowing and we told them about it before we went out for dinner. They had someone come in to check it and told us it’s fine. We called again later in the night before again it was cold air and we were freezing and they said they fixed it after looking into it for a few minutes however in the morning the air was cold again. Definitely not ideal and not a good night in that aspect. We also had a do not disturb sign on our door and housekeeping walked in around 10am before we had gotten up. Luckily we were able to hear the door open and yelled to not enter. We were told by front desk that they had keys dropped off that had our room number and thought we checked out. It’s quite alarming since we had both of our keys with us and had obviously not checked out yet. They need a better system in place as this is not acceptable and dangerous.
