Broken steam sauna; cold as ice inside pool, the hunt for towels, the pillows are huge so kids and neck pain adults bring your own. Renos happening in one part of the hotel. They forgot to puts coffee pods in our room. Kids didn’t like the supper menu at the hotel restaurant. The front desk staff was amazing. We got rained out, so couldn’t try all the outside activities but definitely seemed very fun and plenty of choices. Great mattresses. Start of the season so I think the little kinks just need to be worked out. Kids had a blast and the concept is very family friendly. The other guests were very pleasant to be around. Respectful vibe in the resort. Bonus, wildlife present so it just added to the woods and lake atmosphere.

L'environnement, la vue sur le lac. La chambre était parfaite pour nos besoins. Le calme de la salle à manger, le service excellent.

Bel endroit, chambres propres, belle vue près d'un lac, services comme spa-piscine-feu de camp, etc. Beaucoup de choix de déjeuners.

On avait demandé une chambre tranquille, la première soirée on avait l'impression d'une allée de bowling au dessus de la tête (chambre 104) ils nous ont offert la 216 et on entendait les enfants courrir à côté...!!! Pour le déjeuner du lendemain matin, fruit de la veille sans goût, oeuf bénidictine froid, café flat... Désolé mais pour le prix la qualité n'était pas au rendez-vous...

Les employes de cet etablissement sont tres serviables. J'ai une certaine limitation a la mobilite et ils ont un monte-personne qu'un employe fait fonctionner si besoin est. Maxime a fait fonctionner ce monte-personne avec grand plaisir. La chambre etait tres accueillante et le lit confortable. Nous avons passe de bons moments

Great hot tubs! Nice rooms and bathrooms!

The elevators were out of order and we had to carry our bags to our room. Very expensive without breakfast included. The entrance was icy

After a very long drive, this was a welcoming site Staff was excellent. The room was perfect. The restaurant has great food I would highly recommend this place

Un tres bel acceuil, une chambre tres propre. Personnel courtois et serviable. Installations dans un milieu de villegiature. Pour notre sejour de 4 nuits nous n'avons pas eu de peignoir pour se rendre aux bains exterieurs meme ayant fait demande et réservation. J'y retournerai une prochaine fois avec mon peignoir personnel.....😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨

Personnel de la réception très accueillant. Accès à une grande piscine ainsi que spa extérieur, tout est très propre

Everything was great, enjoyed the pool and sauna. Only downside was the weather. Definitely coming back in the summer for some biking and kayaking.
