Este lugar es muy bueno, con una ubicación inmejorable en el centro de la ciudad y cerca de lugares seguros. El personal y los servicios son excelentes.

Queda justo en el centro está a distancia camina le de puntos importante e incluye desayuno q es conveniente en algunos dias

Great customer service, it was my first time there and staff was very nice, you're getting what you're paying so don't expect Marriott rooms, but still the property is pretty good and it's really a good price, definitely will come back sooner than later

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay The staff was absolutely amazing. Yes the rooms are on the small side however, the bed was freaking amazing. AC worked beautifully. There’s a little restaurant when you exit the front doors to the left that has fabulous breakfast food, including pancakes. And right across the street there’s a chicken place that has chicken Asada that is phenomenal to get to Central Monterey. All you need is 15 pesos to ride the bus overall I really enjoyed my experience at this hotel.

Está bien el staff muy amable, los cuartos están reducidos y solamente hay 1 espacio para estacionamiento, los demás lugares tienen parkimetro:/ fuera de eso todo bien muy limpio 👍

Los cuartos son diferentes a los de las fotos, las puertas no cierran bien, no tienen cobijas, almohadas súper viejas y pequeñas, el aire acondicionado viejo y hacia un horrible ruido que no dejaba dormir, no tiene estacionamiento, ni tiene elevador. Horrible
