A metro stop is a short walk from the hotel. The rooms are a bit tight but the bathroom is spacious. The shower is wonderful.

Quick check in, clean room had all amenities needed and 15 mins drive to the centre. Lots of good local cafes and pharmacy near by. Would come again

Our air conditioning wasn’t working well but they fixed it very promptly once we advised them. We did find it hard sleeping because the air conditioning would not run during the night and we were experiencing a heat wave in Madrid. We didn’t have a sheet so we could toss off the cover and still be covered. (Apparently, we need to be covered even when we are warm.)

Great stay, as I was IHG member lovely lady at reception upgraded our room to superior room. Staff very friendly. Hotel is within walking distance to metro to get around Madrid.

The hotel is just a 10-minute walk from El Retiro Park. Everything was clean, comfortable, and modern. The staff were super friendly, and I loved the bar’s tapas and tinto de verano. As a lovely touch, they even had a welcome gift for me on the first day!

Staff was professional and friendly. Check in and check out was easy, location was close to metro station. Room was very clean and regularly serviced. They had water available at all times, even sparkling water, and breakfast was delicious with many great options! If you haven’t already tried this hotel, it’s worth it!

Hotel looks outdated. The sink had hair in it from prior tenants. Was enough for one night but not for longer

Great staff, that was super helpful and attentive. Restaurants in the hotel open late for dinner but can also walk to local places. Sites reachable by both bus and train.
