I didn't stay. I selected the wrong dates on hotels.com. Hotels.com tricked me out of ANY refund by offering 2 options: 1. Follow the hotel's cancelation policy of paying the first night's rate, or 2. Hotels.com will contact the property for a full refund. After being denied a full refund by the property, i also lost the ability to cancel and only pay for the 1st night. So, i had to pay for both nights and didn't stay here at all.
