Enjoyed our 2 day stay. Happy to see that breakfast was included. There was a small variety of food you needed for breakfast to get you day going. Close to Public transit. Easy to get to Downtown Toronto within 40 minutes, worry free. Would stay there again for sure. Kitchenette was handy but not needed for this trip. Very clean and staff were very accommodating and pleasant. Thank you very much.

I stayed at this property for four nights to help my daughter with a move. The biggest plus is the staff which are very service oriented and willing to listen and make accommodations for every guest based on their needs. I stayed in a studio kitchenette which was well maintained but beginning to look a bit dated. The room was clean but the bedding did have some stains on it and did seem to be wearing. I requested new bedding and it was promptly delivered and was a better quality. The breakfast is an excellent feature with many hot and cold items to choose from. The availability of coffee and tea throughout the day is also very helpful. The property is in an area experiencing considerable development and surrounded by construction. There was no noise in the room related to this however, it does make walking to close stores and the TTC a bit challenging. It should also be noted that their are limited options convenience/shopping options, as well as restaurants in close walking distance, however enough to meet any immediate needs. Overall the stay was very good and I would recommend this property to anyone looking for an option in the Vaughn/Woodbridge area.

Room was not what was anticipated and a hockey team was flooded the floor and all main areas of the hotel very loud and charged additional clean up charge even after warned that we were doing an engagement surprise and told no worries about it or clean up which I guess was because there was an extra charge I which a heads up would of been nice! The breakfast was okay but nothing special and very over crowded with kids just shoving hands in everything so not very sanitation as no staff supervision as all

Bathtub was broken but fixed quickly room could have been cleaner I,e window seals looked very dirty

I chose Residence Inn at Vaughn/Toronto for its attractive pricing coupled with a location that enable me to easily walk to the TTC subway station. I found my room as well as the common areas to be well-kept and clean. The complementary breakfast was of adequate pickings with items rotated so that in the course of my six-night stay I never found myself wishing for more variety. My only wish for improvement was that there was a bar or informal eatery in the hotel or within walking distance. The surrounding area has major construction going on. I suppose I could've walked down the street to IKEA for a plate of meatballs & gravy.

Very relaxing weekend overall, wasn't a huge fan of the parents of the kids sports team in town for the weekend drinking in the pool area on Saturday night but other than that, not bad. Breakfast is amazing. Looking forward to our next stay.

Check in was very slow..tried running my credit card for deposit several times.didn’t work.nothing wrong with my credit card..problem with their machine or person trying to do it. Had to spend alot of money on my debit card..got it back next day..had to wait a looooooooong time to see if room was ready..terrible check in..

The staff were so helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were so helpful and kind to our kids.

The staff at the Residence Inn Toronto were exceptional. They were friendly and pleasant to be around, and also prompt in keeping the breakfast items replenished. The suite with a kitchenette was stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely be back!!
