Mineral pool was the highligh. Room was comfortable.

The age of the hotel is showing. Renos are underway (you could hear and see construction), but when booking through hotels.com, we received an older room. It was extremely worn. Holes in walls, carpet ripped, blood stain down the mattress, cabinet doors missing from hinges. Very used and abused. The patio door didn’t seal properly, so you couldn’t sleep past 7 AM with the ongoing traffic. The blinds wouldn’t fully close and the valance was missing so the sun also streamed in the room very early. Not really worth $260/night. We enjoyed the pool and it’s nice to see that will be getting renovated soon too. The place hasn’t changed in 20 years otherwise, so definitely due! Overall decent getaway but for the price would have expected more than a badly beat up room.

The staff were pleasant. The rooms could be cleaner and updated. The beds were hard and the arm chair in the room was grossly dirty and stains on the carpet.

Staff are very nice. The room is clean. The spa is very nice.

Loved the mineral pool, especially the outside portion and the steam room

Had a great stay clean and comfortable. The Hardwood restaurant has fantastic food!

Enjoyed our stay

We were treated absolutely poorly from check - in because we booked with Expedia. We were even told “ because you booked with Expedia “. We were treated cheaply. Our room lacked hand soap, water, the little things that would come standard in any room. We had to ask the laundry lady ( who was prolly the best employee there and treated us with respect ). I’m scared to order through Expedia again, because I don’t want to be treated like this.

The rooms need an update, pretty worn out.

The room was dated but very clean. The staff was all very friendly and extremely helpful. The pool was very enjoyable. We had a great stay!

The room was run down, things were falling apart in the room. For $350 a night I would have expected a room that wasn’t falling apart

Pool is cold and dirty

The room i stayed in was nice but i can not understand why this hotel has such bad pillows for guests. I have stayed here many times in many different rooms and the pillows are always the same, lumpy and hard to sleep on. This will not stop me from coming to stay again as the mineral pools are lovely and really they are the reason we choose this hotel
