This is my second time staying at this hotel, and there were many reasons that brought me back—one of them being the beautiful beach. The facilities are always very clean, and it’s clear they put great effort into keeping everything running smoothly. What truly stands out, though, is the staff. They are exceptional, especially Rafaella from the palapa, who always takes care of guests with a warm smile. I absolutely love this place and will definitely return again.

We chose this property because we wanted to try Cancun without all inclusive and it has exceeded our expectations.It is close to shops , restaurants and beautiful beaches.The rooms are very spacious and have everything you need to cook if that applies to you.Amazing sunrise and sunsets opportunities and views of the sea.The beach is small but enough for us to enjoy.There are plenty of lounge chairs and it is all very well organised.The employees work very hard and it is obvious they care for this property.We want to mention our housekeeper Cyntia,Sergio ,Jovany and Luis from the restaurant and Rodrigo from the bell desk.We are used to more upscale properties and this definitely surprised us in the best of ways.

I wouldn’t recommend the hotel for their bathtubs are not senior-friendly. The tub is higher than a regular one. It’s hard to get into and out of it. If you’re interested in their Fiesta Rewards membership, it would take days or a week before your account to be activated. Ask about the cancellation. They wouldn’t mention that when they’re doing their marketing sales. The staff are friendly and their housekeeping team was excellent. Most of them speak less than basic English. Translate app would be handy.

Everything was good but was missing some amenities which was mandatory. Such as no pillows or bedding for the sofa bed as they know we are 4 people coming. Missing iron and hair dryer. Though we never got the dryer after asking for it 2-3 times. Receptions are not well trained or lack of knowledge.

The bar was good. Usually had breakfast in our room on our own.

Very enjoyable, not all inclusive, therefore no masses of people. It was very enjoyable easy to find a corner for yourself. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Buffet style with options a la carte.

From the time you enter the property you are greeted with wonderful employees making you feel welcomed. Thank you to Yaska Narvaez for making our stay stress free. The room was clean and well stocked. Property clean and family friendly. The pool clean but cold. That’s probably the only thing I suggest to invest in heated pool. 🙃

This resort was very clean and the staff were accommodating and very helpful. I had a late checkout and they allowed me to stay longer.

Very nice property that did not seem packed or overflowing with tourists/guests. Good things come in small packages.

It was pretty ridiculous to have a fee if dishes werent cleaned

The room is very nice, clean and comfortable, the amenities are great, plenty of toiletries, the view from the room (balcony) is breathtaking.

Alejandro and Oscar were incredibly helpful, kind, and entertaining! We spent a fair amount of time talking with them, learning about them and sharing stories. Great people like them are what makes vacations fun! All other staff we encountered were extremely pleasant and helpful as well.

Everything is outdated in this resort. Not worth at all for this price point.
