My husband and I (in our 60’s) stayed 4 nights (top level) at Hotel Bellevue and were very happy with it. Staff very friendly and helpful. Spacious room and balcony. Quiet. Good breakfast. Hotel and neighborhood felt safe. Great views from our balcony. Bed and pillow were too firm for our liking (I would bring my own pillow if I stay here again). Access via 251 steps to walking trail up the hill behind the hotel that goes into town. There is also a sidewalk most of the way from the hotel into town. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay and great value. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and quiet. The views are the best. Blinds are electric and provide good shade on the balcony. Air conditioning works great. Highly recommend.

Had an excellent stay at the Belleview. Convenient, clean and affordable. The staff including the owner and his son did whatever they could to accommodate me, including a person drive to the ferry when I checked out. Grazie mille!

Staffs are very nice and friendly, hotel is very clean and the terrace is really beautiful. We had the upgrade for free breakfast that also delicious

The owner was so helpful and he took a effort to take us to our floor , showed us our room , give us room with gorgeous view , later he gave us list of restaurants in that area and offered any help . Next morning greeted us at breakfast , and when asked for gluten free options he personally toasted us gluten free bread. Very polite and friendly!! Definitely going back !!

We had a great stay at the Hotel Bellevue! It was very clean with spacious rooms. Our room had a beautiful terrace with an incredible view of the coast. Antonio and staff were very helpful and pleasant!

Excelent host! People at the property very friendly. Not convenient for transportation nor affordable dinning. For people accustomed with the Napoli litoral/Amalfi coatt this is a pretty good place to stay and go to nearby villages. Not a good vacation beach place. Very busy for the month of May.

We booked this hotel for our 1 year wedding anniversary and so glad we chose Hotel Bellevue. The hotel itself was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed but the best part by far was the staff. Everyone from the hotel manager to the housekeepers were so friendly and welcoming and nothing was ever too much. We were made to feel like family and they ensured our stay was everything we could have dreamed of.

The hotel is impeccable. The room was clean and spacious. No complaints about the property. However, is important to consider that is up in one of the hills. You can walk down to the town but it’s hard to climb back up. There is no sidewalk and the road is busy with buses, cars, motorcycles, etc. That is Amalfi so do your research. Breakfast was bread, cold cuts, yogurts and coffee. They had hard boiled eggs too. They said they are not allowed to cook. So be prepared for that. There are a few restaurants walking distance but they close from 3pm-7pm. That is Amalfi and Italy for you. The owners are polite except for the most senior guy. We saw him slap a guest in the hand for trying to make a sandwich and putting it in the toaster oven. I got yelled at for accidentally taking a banana out of the breakfast area. The other guys who I assume are his sons were polite and helpful but be careful with that older guy.

Beautiful, authentic, perfectly located Amalfi coast hotel. Probably one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever been to. Amazing service and quality for your money. If I ever go back to Amalfi, I will stay here again no doubt.

Antonio and hos family own and run the hotel. They are welcoming, polite, and informative. The rooms are well maintained and clean. Breakfast is provided at a cost. It is about a 10 minute walk to downtown Amalfi. The view from our room was breath taking over looking the ocean. We slept with the windows open as there was a cool seq breeze nightly. WiFi was provided

The view from my room was the highlight of my trip. The room is small but you have everything you might need. Antonio and his daughter were a pleasure to deal with. If you come here, take the time to enjoy their terrace with lounge chairs and amazing views of the ocean and cliffs. I highly recommend this hotel. It’s family operated.

The room was okay overall. It was clean and fairly spacious, but unfortunately quite noisy. We could clearly hear guests in the rooms next to us and above, which was disruptive both at night and early in the morning. The shower was also quite small. The location was a highlight, about a 15 minute walk to the city centre. It felt quieter than staying right in the middle, which suited us well. We didn’t try the breakfast, but it is worth noting that only a continental option is available in the mornings, despite there being a restaurant on site. This is a suitable option if you are simply looking for a place to sleep and shower, but do not expect much beyond that. One concern during our stay was that a staff member entered our room with a key while we were still sleeping, and no proper explanation was provided, which was odd.

Awesome staff, family owned and operated who go out their way to assure their guests are happy. Awesome coffee shop and breakfast. The hotel is a bit far from the famous city center and guests have to hike up and down to get there or catch a ride.

Hotel Bellevue is a warm, family-run hotel that feels different from the other large luxury hotels in Amafi (in a good way). The owner was so sweet- he upgraded our rooms, gave us free parking and breakfast! The hotel is a short 15min walk to the heart of Amalfi and well worth it! Plus you never feel like you’re in the midst of the chaotic crowds of tourists. The last night, we sat on their beautiful terrace, enjoying home-made lemon chello from the owner! We will come back :)

Great view. Walkable to Amalfi. Great staff. Very warm and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic. Reasonable price. Water pressure for shower is insanely high. Hahha. It's awesome. Wife loved it.
