The staff was friendly, even though we didn't check in until 1 a.m. The room was comfortable as expected, with a beautiful view of the ocean and towering buildings across the street. Checking out was also very smooth, and we had a taxi waiting for us to take us to the airport at 6 a.m.

The room is big enough, clean, bed and pillow are great. Bathroom is good. Room clean, amenities is completed. But the location is far from everywhere, but there is shuttle bus to Mtr station

The hotel is too far to go anywhere, fortunately there is a shuttle service to Tsuen Wan MRT until 11 pm, Self-service laundry facilities can only be used by those who stay for a month: p. There is a vending machine for transactions using octopus, but FO cannot provide octopus top up services. So before going to the hotel, it's better to shop outside. Miscalculation staying here

The hotel is clean, comfortable, quite spacious and the hotel area environment is comfortable so you really feel like you are staying safe and comfortable.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a man guarding the door who helped escort me to the bus stop. The room was clean and cleaned every day. The room was the same as the photo. Unlimited drinking water was taken outside the room. A dispenser was provided. In the lobby there was a vending machine. Selling snacks, food, drinks, and even shampoo and sanitary napkins were also available. The hotel is far from the crowd but has a free shuttle bus. So, we were taken to the Tsuen Wan MRT. There is a Taste supermarket there, I usually shop first before going back to the hotel. The duck there is very delicious. There is a microwave in the lobby. You can heat up food there. If you go to Hong Kong, you must come here. The room is big and very spacious.

The room was great and very big. They provide shuttle service to near MRT station every 15 minutes. The staff are friendly and they have vending machines also.

Hotel paling nyaman dan terjangkau buat main ke Hongkong sama keluarga. Ada kamar Family yang langsung muat kami berempat sekeluarga. Kamarnya dan fasilitasnya sesuai foto. Posisinya strategis di tempat sepi jadi ke mana-mana lenggang. Pemandangan dari jendela lebar samping tempat tidur bikin pas bangun jadi seger banget. Kamarnya bersih, teratur housekeeping-nya selalu bersihin kamar. Selama 4 hari kami di sana selalu dirapihin dan diperbaharui isi kamarnya. Istimewanya ada shuttle dan vending machine. Shuttle 10 menit sekali dari pagi banget sampai malam banget dan isinya banyak ke stasiun Tsuen Wan, stasiun MTR terdekat dari daerah Ting Kau. Semua petunjuk juga selalu ada bahasa Inggrisnya jadi gak susah buat paham jalur dan di mana transitnya. Jadi gampang banget mau bikin rencana ke seantero Hongkong. Vending machine-nya selalu penuh makanan dan minuman dan bahkan kebutuhan lain kayak gunting kuku, payung, sabun, sampo, bahkan pembalut dan alat rapid test Covid. Bayarnya bisa tunai dibantu sama concierge-nya kalo pas baru datang dan belum punya Octopus Card (semacam e-money buat bayar saat naik transportasi di Hongkong, baik bis, MTR maupun ferry dan bisa dipakai bayar di semua vending machine seantero Hongkong. Jadi kalo udah capek main di Disneyland atau Ocean Park atau jalan-jalan dari manapun, gak pusing cari makan. Tinggal beli frozen meal di vending machine, ada 2 yang halal yaitu spaghetti beef bolognese sama chicken curry with rice terus diangetin di microwave yang disediain di dekatnya. Kadang kalo lagi bosen beli frozen food-nya di Sevel stasiun MTR terus diangetin di situ. Jadi walaupun gak disediain sarapan, gak bakal kelaparan. Proses check-in dan check-out juga gampang dan cepet banget 24 jam, dan jam check out gak terlalu ketat. Walaupun ditulis check-out jam 11 AM tapi kita baru bisa keluar jam 12.00 PM gak apa-apa. Letaknya juga di tengah-tengah banget jadi jarak ke mana-mana sama aja baik ke Barat, Timur, Selatan ataupun Utara Hongkong. Pokoknya puas banget di hotel ini dan bakal nginep sini lagi kalo ke Hongkong.

The ser view is nice. However no laundry provided, customer service is average.

Near Tsuen Wan MTR and Lido Beach. Only walking 5 minutes and the interior is good. Deposit 1 million upon check in. Free pick up and drop off using shuttle bus (hotel - Tsuen Wan MTR & Tsuen Wan MTR - Hotel) no bidet. The staff are friendly and the rooms are spacious enough to open a 26 inch suitcase.

We have a great stay in this hotel. Daily cleaning, eventhough it's far from the center there was a shuttle going to MTR Tsuen Wan station every 10 mins. If I'm going back to Hongkong I'll rather book in here again.

The room is large enough for my fam with 2 kids and 1 infant. The shuttle to and from tsuen wan station is always on schedule. Eventhough there are several gym stations are under maintenance, I can still keep exercising after having a whole-day trip with my fam since it is open untill almost midnight (23.30). They also provide me with free late check out till 12.30 since I need to pray 1st before departing to the airport.

Stay in the royal view in our opinion is very comfortable, the rooms are okay, cleanliness is okay, what spoil the eyes is the sea view, Suitable for families or business trips, if you want to go to Lido Beach also near the road 5 minutes, there is a shuttle that delivers to the nearest MRT St principal very recommended lah!
