Overall Isa good stay. But I would say it may be too expensive. As most of the time we will be outside, so I feel probably don’t need so luxury. But of course, depends. It’s comfortable.

The staff are very friendly! A good hotel in town.

Not all of the staff in the receptionist can speak English fluently, but overall it is a very good and nice hotel.

Strategic hotel location near the Metro Station, and there is a Family Mart next to the hotel and other small snack stores. Shoutout to the Concierge team, especially Hao Yong Zhong (if I'm not mistaken) for taking care of my broken luggage and supporting me to book a taxi to my other destination. All I can say is The Eton is worth the money.

The hotel is very clean, the hotel entrance is the subway station, convenient for traveling, the room I stayed in had a very nice river view. Reasonable price

5 star hotel is not expensive, 35 minutes by Maglev and metro from PVG.

5 star hotel. Can upgrade to Floor 38 executive king. Free. Very wide. Direct access to Shanghai metro line 4.14 exit 6.7B, 7A, no escalator.

One of the best hotels that I have ever stayed at. Best service and best location. It is very near the metro subway Pudong Avenue; if you have no luggage, you can take exit 1, but if you have luggage, then take exit 6. They have a very wide window, so you can see the Huang Pu River and city view. There are a convenience store, restaurant, and Mixue attached to the hotel. I will come back to this hotel if I go to Shanghai.

This is one of the best money spent on a 5-star hotel for me. For less than $100, we got a spacious room with a bathtub, nice amenities, a powerful hairdryer, and a great view of Shanghai. And also free breakfast with plenty of variety of foods! Nicely located as well. Only a few minor downsides like the shower head is too narrow, breakfast was average tasting. Definitely would stay here again if I plan to go to Shanghai again in the future.

The room key (card) did not work for 3 times. So in the middle of the night we have to go down to the receptionist for 3 times and ask for key replacement. The Butler did not help us very well (he play mobile game when he guide us to the room). And the next they there was no electricity in the room. They change our room into the smaller one. We order the big one actually.

The location is right on Pudong Avenue MRT, the view is nice and the family rooms are nice and quite spacious.

Good experience. But right in front of hotel, there is a metro train construction.
