I appreciated the room upgrade. Dust on the ceiling panels everywhere. Not a huge deal but it wouldn't be long to vacuum tor dust off these once every 3 months. I found it annoying not to have any hot water in the shower at midnight and at 6.30am. Apart from late night and early morning hot water was fine. I didn't have these observations during prior stays 2 years ago and earlier this month as I come stay regularly at this hotel. I'll still return because location is convenient for my particular needs. Front desk friendly.

It was noisy all night long, cleaness and condition of the room was not very good

Friendly front desk staff. Room a bit run down but decent value considering the cheap price. Location was ideal for me but may not be for others. Bath tub front panel was completely unacceptable in my room as if bathroom was under renovation. Easily fixable but not my job as a hotel guest, not their handyman. I didn't mention it to hotel as I didn't have time and I had unconventional schedule. I will still come back though.

Hotel room interiors were looking aged. The room carpet can only be described as terrible. TV Antenna was pull from the wall. The Hotel staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Hotel staff was very friendly and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. It took approximately 50 minutes to get into Paris between the 20 minute walk to the train and a 30 minute train ride. Hotel room was spacious but the carpets need to be replaced ASAP. I didn’t want to put anything on the ground.

The hotel is situated in a residential section of Chatou. The parking was a real plus and the breakfast excellent. The room was not appointed that well and lacked some basics. Otherwise OK.

I had to book this hotel due to its location. Other local hotels fully booked. My room (106B) was VERY TIRED. Carpet was very faded from sunlight and age. There were huge horrible stains on the carpet. However the bed was lovely and comfortable, pristine sheets and pillows. Shower very clean. No toiletries or hairdryer.

The location was perfect for us. It was clean but the place needs to be updated.

Stayed here for a business trip and the bedroom was big and clean. Handy to have a kitchen corner to reheat food and have a quick breakfast in the morning. The carpet probably needs to be changed though. Staff at the reception was nice but the receptionist in the evening forgot to book a taxi for my boss. Bed was ok. Bed linen kept being undone so in the morning the bed looks messy.

Lovely spacious room, nice bathroom.. good lighting to do makeup! (I'm a makeup artist so this was a major plus) overall it was just a lovely place. Staff really friendly and helpful 24hr

Room was comfortable. Shower was excellent, beds comfortable. Receptionist were friendly and helpful. Good area for cycling, There is a cycle path along the Seine not far from the hotel and we used the underground carpark to lock the bikes away at night.

Correct room and good rate not far from RER A.

Staff friendly and tried to be helpful. Room quiet and comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Room had stained carpet and chipped furniture. Hostess facilities very limited. Kettle dirty. Toilet stopped working Saturday and no maintenance available until Monday! Room was smokey. Light sensor in corridor slow, so once door closed when leaving room, left in darkness!

Great value, nice room, friendly staff. Unless you are staying in that area for a purpose, you are nowhere near Paris or any sightseeing. We used it for friends to stay while visiting people in the area. For that purpose, it worked out great! Would definitely stay again....

It was a very hot week in Paris and it was disappointing that there was no fan or air conditioning in the hotel. We had to sleep with the windows open and curtains drawn to avoid the glare of the street lights. Also a courtesy washing up sponge and soap for doing the dishes would be a nice touch especially as you get charged for leaving dirty dishes.

The hotel is quite reasonable. The problem is the location: It is far away from any transportation. and the surrounding is commercial. You will not find any restaurant or shopping center in nearby area. Another problem is the hotel states free ei-fi connection, but the signal is very poor, and very-very slow.

The hotel is quite basic, but OK. I has WiFi, there is in-room tea/coffee, the facilities are OK overall, and it's well located if you have business in the Western part of Paris. Front desk staff don't speak much English, but OK for checking guests in/out. The RER (Metro) is about 10-15 mins walk from the hotel. The price was good, so overall I'd say it's a good value option if you need to stay in that area.
