Smoking smell is all around the rooms and every were , even the air condition smells smoking

Hotel is better then what we expected. Location was perfect, room size was good compare to other hotels in Taksim Square

There was a weird smell in the halls and rooms and water pressure in shower was so low. The staff was extremely rude no one knows how to smile. Also the rooms are so small.

Receptions guy tried to make me pay for my reservation and I told him that Its already paid via Expedia and he said sorry no reservation under ur name, the funny part is already called tge hotel a day before and they told me ur reservation is good abd u can come before 2pm, after i contact expedia costumer support and wait more than 1 hour they gave me the room

We arrived early in the morning from the airport after an 11 hour flight, and it was hours before our checkin time. Within half an hour the staff had our 3 rooms ready for us. The staff were polite, friendly and always happy to help. The manager, Andreas was always on hand with a very helpful attitude, and went above and beyond to help. Would be happy to stay here again.

The ac don't work , it just turning the air , i called the reception ,they sent to me someone who told me that's working good , i explain to him the situation but all what he can tell is that's will be ok in 15min .....i called again for another room but they refuse , i had never stayed in hotel like that .....i finished my night with opened window , in 6 oclock im weeked up because the sun was on my face , poor experience ( im stayed just one night) now im in another hotel

The check in was very good at Eresin especially Mr. Ramazan who gave me the room so early, but I didn’t like the behavior of the bellboy who started reacting in unprofessional way because Instead I didn’t give Tips ! Also leaving the room and closing the door fastly ! Unlucky they didn’t knew that I understand 5 languages Thank you for housekeeping lady who followed me asking for my needs

minibars doesnt work and reception said that is it!!!! for all rooms!!!! very very small room for a couple.

Guys at the reception were amazing. I always got honest answeres regarding anything I'd ask.
