Convenient location, friendly staff, room clean but old, needing renovation. Can't beat the price. Suggest get rid of carpeting as many hotels have done. Breakfast was okay but not that tasty...could be improved.

Out dated hotel. Would benefit of fresh paint, new carpet and new mattresses. Very uncomfortable beds. Breakfast buffet was good.

Clean rooms and breakfast was decent to start the day!

The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. They charged a lot of money(busy time of year). Basically just a lot of minor and sometimes bothersome issues. So, I would book a room their again but for the same price, I would try an equivalent competitor first and see what they are like. Breakfast is standard North American. Sort of like everything else, OK but nothing special.

The room was not clean at all. The bathroom floor was sticky and have hair, the carpet also was sticky, we found a condom paper and a nail file and the fridge didn’t work we wait 1h to have a another one. But the breakfast was good. And the staff was great and understandable.

Great stay for fair price!

The shower tiles were stained and the bathtub faucet pulled out of the wall when you tried to start the shower. The rest of the room was clean. The TV's are very small.

We stayed here while attending the Barrie Air Show and unfortunately this was one of the worst hotel experiences we've had. The entire property is extremely worn out and in desperate need of renovations. The hallway carpet was so worn down it was exposing the subfloor in places. The room itself was very small. Two people could barely stand beside each other in the narrow hallway area without getting in each other's way. It felt cramped and outdated. Cleanliness was also an issue, as the room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. The bedding was another disappointment. The pillows were completely worn out and offered virtually no support. My kids' pillows at home are more comfortable. Honestly, I would have been more comfortable sleeping on a sheet of plywood. The TV signal cut in and out every few minutes, making it frustrating to watch anything at all. The pool area was also disappointing. The pool itself was much smaller than expected, and there was a significant amount of water extending out into the hallway leading to the pool area. Surprisingly, there were no warning signs or visible attempts to address what was an obvious slipping hazard. Overall, this hotel feels neglected, outdated, and far below what should be expected for the price being charged. We rarely leave negative reviews, but future guests deserve an honest picture of what they're paying for. We will not be returning.

Everything was great, but the bed was small and hard as a rock. Other than that, we had an enjoyable stay. Jet tub in the room was amazing! Everything was clean

The room was very dirty. Grout in the shower moldy, hair in the shower, toothbrush left. The toilet was cracked, the furniture was banged up. No extra pillows, the bathroom supplies were half empty.

Good hotel with excellent service, clean room, hot breakfast, supportive staff,closure to shopping area,eateries. Only need to set up proper thermostat for heating and cooling system. Thanks
