Clean room

Everything from the airport pick up to checkout was bad. Staff was rude over the phone and never specified what time the transportation would arrive, we waited outside 30 mins before the shuttle showed up, called multiple times to ask for ETA. Checking in was the absolute worst, there was a line of 8-9 people and only ONE person at the counter, they had a self check in tablet but it did not work so we were forced to wait in line to get our keys. It was probably 30 whole mins standing until we were able to get our key, mind you I had already filled out all forms and signed all documents. We reserved a double room, it was TINY to say the least, very tight space to even walk in, sheets looked not properly cleaned and very stiff not warm at all. Shower floor was slimy as if it had not been cleaned, felt disgusting to take a shower, hairdryer fell off the wall since it was not well attached. Breakfast was just ok, there were flies over the fruit, juice tasted extremely artificial and sweet, everything was just below average expectations. Checkout was faster since there were no people at the counter but there is always just one person at the front. Overall this experience was terrible.

The breakfast menu was fresh, the shuttle to the airport was perfect, just if you want to be pick up from the airport you need to call to the hotel is easy and they are coming right away. really happy with me stay and looking forward for another one.

You can’t check in until 3 pm literally they will say they have no rooms available until 3 pm. If you arrive 30 min early they don’t care. Hotel staff is not welcoming at all. Yes check in is a standard for hotels at 3 pm but there is no way that there are no people waiting for a room and that one is not available.

It is very important that people know that the beds in the “double” room, ARE TWIN BEDS!!! I was told in the front desk when I arrived that the apps does not tell that they are twin beds and although the apps do say so, as they have the option to select 4 people in the room, is confusing. They are twin beds and we had to put them together because we were more than 2 people in the room. The location is good if you are looking for a place near the airport, and the food of the breakfast is ok.

It was a very short stay, but was clean and the staff was very helpful. Unfortunately, I was not able to reach them by phone to get picked up at the airport, so I had to make other arrangements. That was the only downside to my experience. Would recommend them if you need something close to the airport.

The place stinks badly we couldn’t breathe in the room from the smell customer service is bad the mattress was dirty I will never ever stay there again don’t let pictures trick you.

No se tuvieron problemas con el transporte, llegamos después de la media noche y llegaron por nosotros sin problema, el personal fue muy amable en todo momento, excelente servicio

Very small room. A/C was not working properly. Bathroom shower did not seem clean (wish I had bought sandals). Staff was friendly and airport shuttle was good.

Small basic room, white bedspread had stains on it.

Front desk Lucy was unfriendly, uncaring to the fact that request for airport shuttle was ignored. She was in fact defensive and argumentative.

They don't guarantee transportation from the airport to the hotel, even though their website says there is transportation available.
