Una buena decisión quedarse en este hotel, sobre todo la cercanía con el aeropuerto y sobre todo contar con traslado.

It was very disappointing, the hotel promotes false advertisement, I got a room with a double queen bed and when I was at the reception doing the check in the front desk lady told me that the rooms have a individual bed not queen, that none of the rooms have double queen beds. Also the rooms are extremely small, it was hard to move around the room. The smell of the unit was disgusting

Nos quedo el telefono en el shuttle y los solucionaron y llevaron el telefono de regreso rapido. We left a phone in the hotel's shuttle to the airport and the staff quickly resolved the problem and brought the phone to us.

I have never written a review that is bad. But if you are not traveling alone, spend a few more dollars elsewhere. The hotel rooms are super tiny barely fit our luggage, the elevator keeps closing on you, the “double” beds are not double, there was no way to contact reception as there is no phone nor chat qr available in the room, we called multiple times from our phone to request a pillow and no one answered… etc etc Just not a good experience

Nada bueno , se fue la luz

Didn’t like that my rooms 218 & 219 had A/C problems. Asked the reception lady to send someone to check it and she agreed. The A/C technician never arrived. Slept in a hot room….

Clean room close to most restaurants

No funcionaba el aire llegamos cansados despues de 10 horas de vuelo, en la madrugada tubimos que cambiar de habitacion y en la otra tampoco funcionaba no pudimos descansar bien nos fuimos super temprano y no dormimos bien

a hotel just to sleep,breakfast was good and need to turn the a/c in the loby the all day

Way too noisy. AC running was noisy all night long. Even water faucet was noisy when opened. One of the worst stays I've ever had.

Very good place and good location

This is your basic stay type of hotel. Dont expect much out of it. Room smelled of drainage as you walked in. Beds were hard. Elevator fits only three people.

La limpieza estuvo muy baja calidad había un olor raro y unas manchas raras en el espejo, el internet muy malo y la TV el control no era el correcto, lo único bueno es el transporte al hotel
