My room on the 5th floor was clean and the pillows were decent. The air conditioning system in the room was noisy. It definitely needs to be replaced.

Room was very clean. The lady who clean in the 5th level was courteous and everything eas in perfect condition.

Unfortunately I could not give this hotel 5 starts I was in Mexical for a conference and I was up by 3am with horrible headache due to the pillows being like ball and unfortunately I was not able to rest recommend bring your own pillows

Todo estuvo muy bien, solo algo incómodo que mientras ocupábamos la habitación, una persona de limpieza abrió la puerta.

Took 25 min to get checked in when there was 2 front desk people and 1 guest checking in. Once in our room, we noticed hair on the beds had hair on it and the room smelled like urine. Still haven’t gotten a refund :/

Yes the staff was friendly attentive and kept a clean space.

Clean room

Staff was courteous, respectful. The a/c worked very well, water bottles in the room. Shampoo & conditioner provided. Plenty of parking close to the lobby entrance. Quiet on a Saturday night.

Everything was nice and clean, especially on the 5th floor where I always get my room.

Checked in @ 11:30 pm still had to wait for room to get cleaned & ready.

The mattress and pillows need updating.

I’ve stayed at this location every wk for the past few months. The Lady that works in the Breakfast area is Very Rude and I’ve spoken to the front desk about some issues and it’s sad it’s been very uncomfortable to have breakfast while she is working. She stares at u rudely and when u ask for napkins or salsa it took her more than 35min to bring it. By then I didn’t want or need it anymore I was done. U get a cold breakfast unless u pay extra for buffet. Sadly this is a great Hotel. But the service for breakfast STINKS….

Bathroom was not the cleanest and we asked if we can get a room next to my parents or closer and they said no since we had already “used” the bathroom. Staff was semi friendly, when we first got there receptionist didn’t greet us first, we actually did. Then answers were very short and dry like they didn’t even want to be there. The security though was very nice and friendly!

I was expecting more from a Marriott chain. The breakfast was not as expected, the shower was clogged and the overall quality of the bathroom was not nice enough. Plus, you can hear all the steps from the people above you and there was a lot of music noise at night. I would not stay here again.
