The reception staff, the room size and beds were great. With that said, the AC wasn’t cooling enough, the mini fridge wasn’t working and I wish they had a basic coffee maker / kettle.

The room was clean and parking was convenient right under the hotel.

Very spacious and clean room, the balcony was a great plus. I especially appreciate the shutters which helped me get the room pitch dark at any time of the day. Tasty breakfast options with fresh products.

We had a brief stay at Hotel Mir Octavio and it was perfect for us. Our ferry unluckily arrived hours late so we had very little time to explore Algeciras. Check in was a breeze. We got an excellent night’s sleep - the room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The location of the hotel was great - we ventured out into the city for some breakfast before our 11am bus. We easily walked into town and visited the square, the old city wall, and a market. There were numerous cafes open and offering breakfast items. The bus station is next to the hotel so we easily hopped on our bus on time. I highly recommend this hotel for the location, the price, and the comfort.

Nice hotel. Excellent location.

Quite a large place right beside the bus station. I walked around the town and did a bit of grocery shopping and got a kebab. Fab. Hotel was fine. Main lift wasn't working, but they let us use the staff lift.

Old hotel in good condition. We didn't get breakfast there. Friendly and helpful staff. Affordable parking. Good value for the price.

Short stay. Beds extremely comfortable. Light in room wasnt working but we didnt notify desk.

This hotel is very clean and beautiful inside. It’s next to the bus terminal and close to Downtown Algeciras and other tourist attractions. Catch a bus to Tarifa, an awesome city to visit.

The staff were very nice. Easy, inexpensive parking in garage. Nice, big, clean rooms that look relatively recently updated.

Condition of room could be better. But it does what I needed, somewhere convenient for both the railway station and the port.

Efficiently checked in by very attractive receptionist who could be a contestant for the Miss Andalucia contest The hotel is in the same building as the bus station so it’s very convenient for the bus to and from Lalinea and the border crossing into Gibraltar. Also less than 10 minutes walk to the ferry terminal. Very good, very comfortable reasonably priced hotel in a provincial town

Ideal hotel for a short stay. Very close to both train and bus station. The location is a bit run down, but it is only a short walk to the city centre.

We were only here for they night, but so convenient as we arrived by bus and it was only around the corner plus we went to Gibraltar and again transport was just there. We then sailing to Morocco and the port is in close proximity- everything at our doorstep- room very spacious. Doesn’t have tea making facilities - but all good. Check in was a lot of paper work and signing - at times was in Spanish so we didn’t know what we were signing

Parking garage right under the hotel, friendly staff. However, this is right by the railway station and a big bus stop, so not the prettiest side of town.

Nice reception and good A/C as you walk in yet in the room they advertise Air conditioning yet it was non existent, there are old fashion vents that do not work. Our room was hot all night . Also we could not get any food or drink as the bar / restaurant was shut , we did arrive at 11 but only due to passport control at Tarifa . You would think in a hotel you can get a drink no matter what time. The breakfast was lovely. Really delicious.
