Hotel is absolutely appalling, I would not recommend at all. Staff are friendly enough but can be quite rude, My friend found dried blood on her pillow, why would you not remove that pillow from the facility when you know it’s there??? I can hear everything going on in the hallways and in other people’s rooms 24/7. I found a colony of ants on the bottom of my bed tonight, the balcony door was completely shut, so it must have came in from the “fresh” towel that was placed on my bed from the cleaners. Not good for the price you pay. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

The rooms were absolutely appalling and the balconies felt like you could fall off of them at any minute. There was people throwing objects at my window and others, like wet toilet paper and watermelon. The exterior immediately needs upgraded or else I could see it being decommissioned. DO NOT eat there the food is horrible and tastes, feels and acts like plastic.

The most horrible hotel I have ever been to. The rooms are full of stink bugs, they come out from everywhere. There are no duvets to cover yourself with and there is a bedspread left which is dirty and smells bad.

The pool is nice, but you can only swim in it from 10 am to 7 pm. There is a lot of food choice and it is very tasty! I didn't encounter any bugs. The room was tidy and cleaned by the maids every day. The towels were clean. There is a balcony, mirror, hairdryer and safe. I'm not sure if the water is drinkable but we filled bottles of water in the room where we had breakfast and dinner. The nearest restaurant is a 15-minute walk away and the nearest shop is about half an hour away on foot.

The location is excellent as we were there for an event in Verona. No trash can in the room, TV was not working, breakfasts was "edible". But for the price, it is ok.
