I stayed at Malmaison Reading for a business trip and had a great experience. The location is excellent, right across from Reading Station, which made travel very convenient. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a great place to relax after a busy day of meetings. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, making the experience even better. Breakfast was another highlight, with a good variety of options and everything fresh and well prepared. It was a great way to start the day before heading out for work. Overall, a very pleasant stay. The combination of a convenient location, clean rooms, friendly service, and a quality breakfast makes this a hotel I would happily stay at again when visiting Reading.

The location was excellent, close to the railway station and the RailAir stop, which is why we chose this hotel. Our biggest complaint were the two single beds, they were uncomfortably hot with only a single very heavy duvet. As simple sheet and blanket would be much more comfortable.

Super close to the train station and bus stops- less than a block away. This made it easy to walk to, even with lots of luggage. Room was clean and spacious with USB ports for charging so I didn't have to use my adaptor plug in. Reading was a great place to stay on the night before my flight back home from Heathrow- a beautiful green space park near the hotel to relax in, super easy access off the train, and then easy access (again about 1/4 of a block) to the Railair bus stop for a trip that dropped me off directly at Heathrow. Felt very safe walking around and was nice to see the ruins of an abbey and a local museum- all for free!

Clean room, with very comfortable bed. Quiet even though overlooking a busy street. Great shower/bathroom.

Don't judge by outside

Very nice hotel, close to railway station so ideal for me and without any noise. Stayed in a suite, very well laid out with plenty of room. My only negative comment would be one of the basins in the bathroom was stained which was a little visually off-putting, but no other concerns.
