Very conveniently located clean boutique style hotel in city centre, with totally helpfull and friendly staff.

Good value and location is fine but not great. Like the high ceilings in the room and old school elevator.

Great hotel with excellent service. Walkable distance to everything. Be prepared for the rooms to be very hot during summer. No air conditioning or fans in the rooms.

Location was fantastic. Breakfast also goo. It lost points once we opened our room door. Floors creaking like crazy, and 1st floor was like an oven. Our room just got hotter and hotter. Kept window open however it’s all pubs below and the noise went on until 3am. Bathroom was tiny. The shower was so small we couldn’t turn around or even bend over to wash (we’re not fat). Parking is also a challenge

We liked the hotel. It was somewhat noisy at night due to local people talking in the streets beyond midnight.

Very pleasant hotel. Room was spacious and staff very helpful. Location was fantastic, one block from the river and the city center and across the street from the Kunsthaus museum. We really enjoyed our stay.

Staff has been very helpfull, location is walkable to old town.

Very nicely located, with huge rooms, excellent breakfasts, and very convenient on site parking you would think this is a five star place. But the service leaves much to be desired. We left a library book behind in the room when we checked out, and contacted the hotel several times by email to arrange for its return, but were completely ignored. Sure, it's our fault, but this has happened before and each time the hotel politely and generously mailed the item to us. Given the price and the ostensible high quality of the service, they should have at least responded.

Great location, clean, friendly staff. The room was VERY basic and it did not have Air Conditioning. To be honest, I didn't even think to look to see if AC was included. The only other issue was the church bells - the church is very close and the bells go off a lot and start very early in the morning!

On the street outside our window there was a bar with noisy customers until early in the morning

Good location. First room we got was 3rd floor, we didn't like that so we payed to upgraded to one on 2nd floor, much much more better. It was after Christmas so quite busy there especially for breakfast, too small for all guests... Food was ok, not so special , as expected. Staffs are nice and friendly.
