Clean room, nice staff

There was a car alarm going off in the parking lot all night. It would start and go for about 10 minutes and then stop and then start up again. I got little to no sleep. I told the staff they did not seem to care. They need to know who is parking and the licence plate so if something like this happens again they can go to that persons room and get them to stop their alarm. I found the service in the restaurant slow. The food was good. The toast was hardly toasted at all.

Recomendación que hotel gobernador, registre las placas de cada huésped, ya que la noche que estuvimos en el otro gobernador o un Auto con la alarma que en la noche estuvo sonando alrededor de siete veces y salí para afuera y la persona que estaba de vigilante no encontraba la persona para poder apagar la alarma Así es que el hotel gobernador que registre las placas de David para otra ocasión que suceda, ya saben dónde irá localizar la persona, gracias todo lo demás excelente

We know is an old hotel, butwith good location, easy to park, fair price needs better naintainance for a hotel withso many years

Everything was clean and staff was kind , we only had an issue with our room phone it was not working and mentioned it but it was never fixed. Overall a very clean property

The staff is zero friendly and apparently the owners too. They were having a family photo shoot at the lobby but no guests can approach to the decorations and Santa. Tip: if you want to do a private photo, don’t do it at the lobby, it was rude to the children who wanted to see and talk to Santa.

Pool nice but freezing. Construction was annoying. Beautiful gardens around pool. Two really nice restaurants.
