The Hotel is overpriced for the room quality. Service was just fair, OK, nothing out of the average usual. Breakfast was not included; I had to pay for it every day. The pool was closed, so no swimming laps; the gym machines were below average. I was not satisfied with the service. Cleanliness was ok, but it wasn't wow! it a 3.5/10.

We had a 4 night stay. The hotel would not refill the coffee in the room and toilet paper. Restaurant has limited hour. We tried ordering room service but the didn’t answer.

Pésimo …. Un sujeto q se dice seer de seguridad es nefasto ….. de verdad en familia no se los recomiendo para nada … hay mucha gente pero porq los mandan las empresas a ese nefasto hotel

I had a bad experience with the hotel staff. I arrived at the hotel my room was not ready and I still had to wait more than an hour to be able to access a room that I had already booked and even so I did not receive any apology from the staff for all the inconveniences.
