The area was great but all communication with staff was done through WhatsApp. Slot of answers were “we don’t know “ basic stuff like “where is the closest ATM” or closest location for the hop on hop off bus. When being new in a different country having front desk assistant would have been great

We had a leak in one of our bathroom lights. They were unable to give us another room or a full refund. They gave us buckets to place under the light that was dripping water. They only give you a 10-15 percent refund from what we paid for. Otherwise nice place. They at least let us check out at 2pm which helped with the jet lag.

We were bumped to another property 2 days before arrival even though we booked the trip 2 months ago. Told us the room we were to have had problems with air conditioning. They offered 2 other properties to choose from and if neither were acceptable, they would offer others. We selected one, but it was bad. When I contacted Libere, they said I could have picked another location. The properties offered were not part of Expedia and offered very little information on their web sites. Only way to tell if property was to check-in. Libere is a aparthotel which offers a kitchenette which was important to us as we did not want to dine out all the time. None of the alternate properties were aparthotels which forced us to dine out more at an additional expense to our trip of approximately $1000. Bottom line is we were bumped due to over booking which is what Libere representative told the manager at the property we ended up staying at. They lied to us. They also said they directly moved our stay and our payment to the alternate hotel. Another lie. Alternate property did not even have refrigerators in rooms and actually wanted to charge for ice. Very disappointing.

The place is really nice and brand new looking, it’s close to everything and accessible. One thing is that we notice when we came that’s there’s still dishes that was left in the dishwasher, and when we pull out the sheets noted an old like a patch sticking in the pillow. Not sure what it is. It’s probably need some improvement on making sure that everything was cleaned. Other than that we love the place and it’s very cozy. The staff is great and very helpful!

Communication with staff about my security deposit was poor . It’s been 10 days since we checked out but until now , my security deposit was not refunded . They told me that I will get it in 48 hrs but they lied . They just kept saying I will see it in the next few days but NOTHING WAS REDUNDED,!!! It’s really frustrating

Endroit bien situé, près d’un métro ou encore possibilité d’explorer plusieurs attractions à pied. L’Appartement est confortable et a tout le nécessaire pour se faire à manger.

Good place, very clean and washing machine is there..

The place was beautiful. It felt safe and secure. The beds were very comfortable. So much space for our family of 5

We enjoyed the convenience of having our own kitchen for the time of our stay - we were there for 10.5 days so it really did help! Place was very nice and tidy, everything was a 20min walk away which was great!

Location of apartment was excellent, 10 min walk from La Rambla, and La Plaça de Cataluña. Apartment was clean and spacious, with everything you needed for a short stay.

An incredible stay. I didn’t know what to expect as it was the cheapest in the area but the apartment was beautiful. Would highly recommend. Perfect to fit in a family of 4! Was in a great area, walking distance to everything you need.

This property is centrally located and easily walkable to attractions in the city. There was plenty of space for our family of 4. The unit was clean and nicely decorated. Check in was simple and instructions were well communicated. Things to be aware of- the air conditioning does not work properly. We set it as low as possible yet the apartment never cooled off. The bedroom with a window into the interior lobby was so noisy 24/7 making it impossible to sleep. The mattresses are rock hard. The bathroom doors do not cover the doorways entirely and are made of frosted glass offering absolutely no privacy. The washer/dryer only washes and we were left with a load of soaking wet clothing. All in all, a good accommodation just be aware of these potential limitations when booking.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained. However, we stayed there for 7 nights but they offer new towel sets only 1 time for free of charge and they didn't clean the room at all during our stay. It might be not a problem for people who stay there under 3 days, but if you wanna stay for more than 3 days, you'd better think about it carefully.

The property is in one of the liveliest areas in Barcelona. Easily walkable. Great access by the airport bus at Univeritat station. Lost of shopping and restaurants. Close to La Rambla and Plaza de Catalunya. The room, Studio with balcony, had a kitchenette. The room was modern and renovated with good space and table and chairs with open partitioned sleeping area. The building has six floors and elevators. There is a rooftop terrace with great views of Barcelona and Montjuic. Great location for nightlife and dinning out. Youthful and hip area.

The staff was great.
