The staff was excellent, answering all questions from transportation to places to eat. Breakfast was good, the hotel was clean and quiet.

The hotel itself fitted our purpose. Best described as an Italian Premier Inn; It achieves what you need in a hotel without the frills and at a reasonable price. The staff were friendly and helpful and rooms were clean and quiet at night. So if you’re looking for a bed for the night and spending your day on excursions like we did then it’s absolutely fine. If, however, you are looking to be immersed in Bologna then this hotel is literally on the wrong side of the tracks. It is situated North of the city train station (where the monorail from the airport connects) and not in the centre of Bologna (hence the price). Because of this it is not so touristy shall we say. The area is very much more “real world”, some would probably say rough. But to be fair, it’s not threatening in any way, it’s just not pretty, just as the outskirts of any tourist city is to be fair. So in conclusion: reasonably priced hotel, friendly staff, not pretty location.

The hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great. This was a high spot in our trip. Bologna is an amazing town.

The staff was most helpful and very nice. They went out of their way to help us with information and supplies. Breakfast was very perfect amount and delicious. Service was the best.

Excellent value for money. Very good breakfast selection. Proper coffee can be asked for at breakfast. Bus stop outside the hotel and only 15 mins to town centre.

This is not a 4 star hotel. Maybe a 3. There is nothing special about it. The hotel is OK, the breakfast is pretty good. The location is OK, 15 minutes by bus from the old town center.

+ helpful staff + private parking + easy access and nearby bus stop - noisy airplanes and traffic - poor sound insulation, and everything is heard from the neighbor's room - high local tax 3 € / person / night

The Hotel was clean. Specious room. breakfast was good. lots of options. the only problem this is 3 mile far from the city center and there not many restaurants around. if you are planning to come from City center then you will have to take the 11C bus to get to the hotel. Bus stops right infront of the hotel. Stop name "villa berbosa".

Good value hotel for an overnight stop.

Upon arrival the man at reception was very friendly, but unfortunately this wasn't the case with the lady upon departure who was not very welcoming. The location is a little dodgy but the hotel itself is very nice and breakfast really good also.

Hotel is modern, the rooms are spacious and well designed. The air condition worked great. Breakfast was free and had a lot of chioces.
