I would not recommend

Terrible hotel experience and even worse customer service experience. It started while on the shuttle when I received a text message indicating I could avoid the lines and check in from my phone. I checked in on my phone and once in the hotel lobby was told the system that emailed me was not connected to the hotel and although I had entered a card for incidentals they had no idea where it had gone and I needed to give my card again. When asked if they could figure it out the front desk merely shrugged and said it’s not connected. (It should be mentioned another couple in the lobby had the same issue). For the record customers don't enjoy being told they just gave their credit card information randomly into the universe. I would suggest shutting down the system until it actually works. Later that evening we encountered a roach in our room and called downstairs to the front desk to request a refund so we could leave and go to a neighboring hotel. We were told a manager would call us back (For the record I am still waiting for the manager to call me back as of the writing of this review). The front desk eventually called back and said we could not have a refund as we booked via a 3rd party site. They also did not offer to move us to another room and at no point in either the phone calls was there an apology. Now don't get me wrong of course if one room has bugs chances are they all do but they could have acted as if they cared and were going to at least move us.

Ice machines all broken or empty, pool closed /dirty hot tub drained. New staff on a busy Friday evening during check in times delayed getting to our room.

Staff rude, TV, internet, ice machines didn't work. Airport pick up very late.

Our room didn't lock (it wasn't card key secure). The tub was peeling and griss and the furniture was badly stained. The excersize equiptment was broken and the pool was gross and not usable (which is one of the reasons i picked the hotel). We survived the night but I'll never go back there.

Worn down hotel.

This particular hotel can use some serious pest control treatments. Additionally, can use possible renovation of the rooms to include the bathroom.

Font desk offers good ser

This property is poorly maintained. The carpet is extrmelly dirty, the furniture is weared and has a few damages, the mini-fridge rubber seal wasn't fit (I had to fix it). After our first night the maid removed all towels and didn't provide new ones, I had to ask for it in the front desk.

Overall nice hotel with friendly staff

Convenient location to Houston Hobby airport. I called for a shuttle, after waiting an hour, I called back, they forgot to send the shuttle, got there quickly that time. The guy (evening shift) was friendly and apologized. No dining options within walking distance. For an airport location, it was pretty quiet. I would stay there again. Clean and felt safe as a woman traveling alone.

Property was close to the airport. The hotel was safe and clean. Staff was very kind.

It was very convenient for us from the airport

The room was dirty. Carpet wasn’t clean, food left in microwave from previous guest, bathroom floor dirty. The room had a sticky smell.

During the beginning hours of breakfast they ran out of butter & syrup for Waffles. One of the employees was behind the counter in her rob & head scarf. A roach fell down when i opened ny refrigerator door.

The food was horrible. There wasn't enough food. No syrup No butter No creamer. The room had bugs. The smell of the hotel room was horrible. The cleaning staff was very nice and pleasant. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The pool area also was in a disaray, the chairs and tables were strewn all over the place.

Very friendly staff

The grounds and entry were clean. The staff were helpful. The room smelled of smoke but was clean. There are no towel holders making it difficult for them to dry. The TV worked for two days and two days it did not. Not enough lightening and one lamp was not working. There is a place in the fence where it’s missing boards and making it easy for criminals to enter. The coffee was cold at 7-8 am and was not tasty. The van service was prompt and helpful. I thought it was high price for ok quality.

The room smelt musty. Our tub/shower was chipped with hair from the previous guests still in it. Didn’t find any hair in the bed until after we had been there awhile hidden under the pillows. The floor in our 2nd story room had dips in it and the front door would not seal when shut. We requested an extra blanket and pillows of which all they had was the blanket. The pillows were 18” square so it’s more of a couch pillow than something to sleep on. The phone just squelched with what sounded like feedback when we tried to call the front desk. The breakfast was average minus the waffles they were good. Needless to say the 2nd reservation we had for the following week was cancelled and rebooked elsewhere.
