no one at the front desk at night and our key didn’t work

I’ve been using Lagoas Park for the last 10 years and nothing changed the staff always friendly the place always clean the the restaurant five stars 🌟 High recommended

Hotel was quite and very clean just outside the city of lisbao. About 15-20 minute drive .

Todo muy bien, las habitaciones limpias y te incluye el desayuno y eso es una gran ventaja, bien desayuno… lo único que nos nos gustó es la ubicación, alejado de las atracciones de Lisboa

Property was great, breakfast was not. Dirty cups, coffee that tasted like instant coffee and having to wait for small things like cooked ham and spoons.

The hotel is located in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, which makes it really easy to access. The atmosphere is calm, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and kept very clean. We had a great time enjoying the variety of options at the breakfast buffet, which offered something for everyone. The staff was friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience. However, one small downside was that the room service didn't replenish the coffee and tea supplies daily, which would have been a nice touch. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and we’d definitely consider returning. Let me know if you’d like any other changes!

Perfect business hotel.

I keep getting asked if I received something for my VIP status. I did not. But I had received the last visit. I think it was something overlooked. But it doesn’t change that I enjoyed my visit. But I would love my welcome package next time. I will probably be staying here in summer again. Thanks.

Excelente Atendimento! Uma recepção de alto nível. Em especial ao Sr.Pedro, que nos recepcionou com muito carinho e deu-nos todas as referências protocolares. Todo hotel tem uma bela estrutura e espaços super agradáveis! No Snake Bar recebemos a cortesia com 2 Drinks Mega caprichados e muito bem elaborados, aromáticos e com simpatia e boa vontade dos funcionários responsáveis. Quarto aconchegante, com todos os ítens em perfeitas condições e boa padronagem. Foram noites tranqüilas! Café da Manhã (pequeno almoço) completo e com variedades quentes e frias. Adoramos!
