Convenient for Foxwoods Casino the hotel runs a very popular 16-seater shuttle to and from the casino, note that not everyone abides by “first come, first served” and be prepared to get a rideshare if you don’t get a seat. Rooms are a good size but in fairly worn condition, towels were small and scratchy but the bed was comfortable and the room quiet. Note, the hotel has very specific rules about noise and damage. This is not the hotel for a bachelorette or stag party and that was just fine with me.

The room was very clean. I just feel for the price we are paying, breakfast should be included. We had stayed at other hotesl and breakfast was included

Just booked for one night , Sunday to Monday On the way to the hotel l had an unexpected illness and ended up in ER called Eoedia- staff and as understanding and caring but I wish I could say the same for the hotel staff Had to pay the $200+ for a stay that never happ ned . No I did not get insurance where it was only a one night stay- couldn’t even get a credit to stay a different day in the future

A very nice place to stay close to the casinos and mystic Connecticut.

Room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The toilet did have some minor trouble flushing but it wasn’t a big deal at all. Water pressure in the shower was amazing. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and accommodating. Room service was delicious. Will definitely be back!

Affordable; easy check in and pleasant staff. Small but nice pool. Dinner on site was simple but convenient. Would stay again

The room was clean at least and the bed was comfortable. The AC isn’t controllable by the room, which is wild. The toilet was broken and moved when you sat on it. Can see why they flip out about their noise policies because the walls are paper thin so you could hear every noise in the surrounding rooms, and has no AC to drown it out. We stayed here for the electric chargers, but they are not actual amenities of the hotel and you had to pay for them, which is fine, but the company puts a 50 dollar hold per use on your credit card for them. But definitely saving the worst for last: the curtains didn’t even close all the way and I was in a first floor room in the front of the hotel. Absolutely insane.

Walls are paper thin, up all night due to lots guests. Night staff tried to ask them to keep it down but to no avail.

It was nice! The art on the wall in the pool room brought up a couple questions with the 7 year old but we had a great stay overall.

Property was great. Very friendly staff

Nice room, large, open, was a handicap room. Bed was offset next to heat/AC unit. When it came on the heat or AC was very loud, blows right on you. There was no second nightstand on the other side of the bed. There was extremely weak water pressure, but plenty of hot water. Did have issue with guests above our room, kids running and yelling. Staff told me it was before "quiet time", then "couldn't find the room".
