Excellent staff, room spacious, elevator, free coffee, happy hour, located near shopping and train stations. Breakfast next door.

Great overall stay! Did find the bathroom sink far too small though and each time using it would need to mop up the water on the floor. Breakfast was excellent at the Venom Brewery. One suggestion would be to get a professional coffee machine. Found coffee to be sub par for Melbourne standards. Enjoyed tasting some great beers and loved the spicy wings. Will definitely stop in again next time in Melbourne.

Staff are the heroes here, very warm, inviting and friendly. The property is spacious and decor is nice, but it felt in need of a lick of paint. Suite room was comfortable, overall a nice stay. Water took minutes to get hot though… but the blackout blinds/curtains were much needed!

Staff was extrely friendly and helpful. Loved the room. Rooms clean and there were 2 rooms and couch. Happy hour and treats provided. Great location! Laundry facility.

Amazing stay! Perfect location to explore. Clean and comfortable room. Great free coffee machine in lobby as well as free lollies and a happy hour with wine and chips! Staff was so friendly and attentive.

Great location and every staff member was kind and helpful. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment as we have a toddler who is just learning to walk and it was the perfect space for her to walk around and explore. The lolly buffet was appreciated at the end of the day when walking the city. I will stay here when visiting Melbourne in future.

Hotel has a great vibe. Rooms are spacious. Large TV in the lounge area and bedroom. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location. Car park a very short walk from the hotel and you can go in and out as often as you like. I travel a lot and can strongly recommend.

Staff were extreamly helpful. Rooms were neat & tidy.

Great location for restaurants, very clean with everything you need. Only downside was very small basin in bathroom.
