No bitter not a lot of English food cleanliness, excellent hotel staff excellent

Yes, the room was clean, and the staff was courteous and the amenities. The entertainment at night was a very nice feature.

Fun hotel with great staff and team. Extra charge not mentioned in the booking for beach loungers and beach umbrellas as well as the sauna on site. Pools were great. Food was very good. The Booking page offers this hotel “on the beach” but there is a two lane road for tour busses and other traffic between the hotel and the beach, so we think it is across the road from the beach. We had a balcony with sea view but the balcony had safety glass that you really could not see through if sitting or lounging so the sea view was quite limited unless standing- this was disappointing. Other than that a good stay.

Very friendly staff.

The room was good and comfortable; nice bed, balcony and bathroom. Safe was available in the room. Tea and coffee were provided in the room and water in the fridge, but often not replaced when used. We valued having on site parking, even if in a bit of what looked like waste land next to the hotel, but protected by a barrier to the main road. The hotel has lots of nice facilities: we used the swimming pool in the health club and the outdoors one, both pleasant. We also had a reasonably priced massage. There was an additional charge to use the sauna. Turns out however to be two hotels combined into one, and sometimes confusingly facilities were for one part of the hotel, but not the other, while others were shared. Staff were always very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good. A bit of a walk to get into the old town, 30-40 min, but worth it, especially for an evening meal in the many restaurants there. However beach very close but across a sometimes busy road. Easy to get to the main road with most of the main sites of Crete usually two and a bit hours away maximum. Generally very happy with our stay, good value.

Excellent room and sea view. Staff so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent location with beautiful views. A real plus was not being able to save sun beds, if you put towels down and walked off for a while a note would be put on the bed and towels were removed.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, right by the sea. I had a very comfortable room with a view of the sea (looking down the street). Excellent breakfast buffet.

Superb hotel right By the beach but still a peaceful hotel. A quick car trip or a reasonable walk to some good night life. The food on offer at the hotel was excellent and varied. The staff truly make the place, all are happy and nothing is too much trouble.

Great hotel situated on the beach front, within walking distance of city centre (a bit far bit i didn't mind that). Organised activities at the hotel in the evening. Breakfast was very good with a great selection of food. Beach in front of hotel was very clean and well organised with access to water sports and other activities. Room was very clean, spacious with a comfortable twin bed. Balcony overlooking the sea was well worth it. Not very expensive at around £80 per night considering surroundings and proximity to the beach. Would definitely go back.

Very friendly staff, clean hotel. Keep up the good work. Suggestions for improvement: (i) allow faster internet, this is important to many people (ii) inform people before they arrive about how to get access to your parking lot.

The welcome was very good but you do not expect to find the toilet seat broken on arrival (The maintanance man was supposed to have fixed it but it came apart again.) Breakfasts were very good (but the fresh orange juice was put into warm glasses and ice lumps to put n the juice would have been an improvement.) The wifi was only available in the bar and reception area and then it was very slow. A conjuror performed for the clients of this and the sister hotel. He appeared to be very good but performed in the shadows and a couple of spotlights would have helped the conjuror and the audience. These are constructive comments on a very good hotel.

Agréable séjour de 2 nuits. La chambre est spacieuse, bien aménagée et propre. Le petit déjeuner et le diner sont proposés sous forme de buffet, proposent des plats variés et de qualité. Nous avons eu la chance de trouver une place de stationnement proche de l'hôtel, le parking de l'hôtel même en hors saison étant complet. La plage se trouve juste de l'autre côté de la rue. Dommage que les transats soient payants même pour les clients de l'hôtel.

Très bon accueil du personnel... Un duffet au petit-déjeuner très copieux et pour tous les goûts... À proximité de la plage... Fabuleux

Très bon accueil,handicap du langage,très peu parlé français

Pearl beach sijaitsee ihanteellisella paikalla rantatien päässä omassa rauhassa syrjässä hälystä, mutta kuitenkin kaikki palvelut ovat hyvin saavutettavissa ja viereiseltä taksitolpalta suhauttaa keskustaan hetkessä. Lähistöllä on paljon hyviä ruokapaikkoja ja hoidettu ranta vesiaktiviteetteineen löytyy vain tien ylityksen päässä. Hotellin henkilökunta on ihana, huomaavainen ja aina valmiina auttamaan. Hotellista löytyy kaikki tarvittava hyvään lomaan aina kuntosalista tasokkaaseen allasbaariin. Aamiaisbuffet on erinomainen. Myös esim. iltaohjelmasta kannattaa ehdottomasti katsoa ainakin kreikkalaisen tanssin ilta. Allasalue on suht pieni, joten jos aurinkotuolin haluaa varata itselleen kannattaa olla ajoissa liikkeellä.
