The staff were super friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel was conveniently located near the Central Market and Old Town. Also close to the bus stop to the airport and not far from the train station. My only issue was that I couldn’t seem to adjust the room temperature, so it was a little colder for my liking. Otherwise no complaints.

Perfect for business traveller. I had a suite that was sumptuous, cosy and great value. Staff were very helpful. Easy parking and great location. Food was fabulous. Cannot find any faults! Will def stay again next time.

Staff were very nice and helpful. Very good location. Next to old town. Bus stop for bus 22 to airport is right outside. Train station a short walk away. Hotel is much nicer on the inside than the outside. Room is nice. Shower with a full door instead of those half doors at so many hotels nowadays. Breakfast was good. Two downside, our room has very small windows and WiFi was unstable after a day or two. Otherwise everything else was great

Excellent hotel. Very clean and warm. Staff very helpful and friendly. Tremendous choice at breakfast. Ideally positioned to explore the city and with very easy access to and from the airport via the local bus route. Highly recommend.

Hotel was nice and clean, staff friendly and helpful

The place could do with better pillows, and greater choice of coffee in the room. If you’re no fan on 3 in 1, then there is no other option. And please replace the cheap instant one to better quality coffee. Pillows need replacing, quite lumpy. Good selection of breakfast for a small additional cost.

Great hotel just a few blocks from the train station. Rooms super clean and super quiet. Comfortable beds, and great shower. Back door of hotel literally adjacent to the Old Town of Riga. Hotel bar was nice place for a nightcap after a day of exploring as well. In short, would absolutely recommend this hotel!

A splendid hotel with friendly staff, good location and good room. I had a room facing into the lobby which wasn't that nice, but it was peaceful.

Very well located for public transport, bus 22 from the airport sets you off about 300 meters from the Hotel. Walking distance from old town.
