Service and space are okay. The facilities are being repaired so they are old and a bit noisy. The mattress is still soft and the font dest staff is dedicated to asking for a taxi for me.

ไฟที่ห้องดับบ่อยมาก เหมือนมีปัญหาที่เครื่องเสียบคีการ์ด ต้องลุกเดินไปขยับหลายครั้ง ติดต่อพนักงาน3ครั้งให้มาช่วยดู ประชาสัมพันธ์ทำเสียงไม่พอใจใส่ลูกค้า ไม่โอเคเลยค่ะ อย่างน้อยควรจะมีการขอโทษหรือพูดจาที่ดีกว่านี้นะคะ เพราะคนที่มาพักเสียเงินมาพักเท่ากัน แต่เราได้ห้องที่มีปัญหาทั้งคืน แต่ช่างที่มาช่วยดูให้สุภาพมากค่ะ ขอบคุณนะคะ

facilities better than expected Breakfast was great. There are many menus, Western, Korean, Chinese, very exciting. and the bed is comfortable But only we are cold people. The water isn't that warm. I don't know if it's every room or not. Overall, I really like it. Give food at 1, delicious, kitchen open 24 hours 🥰

ห้องปานน่าอยู่ปานกลาง พนักงานเหมือนจะดี แต่สุดท้ายบริการค่อนข้างไม่พึงพอใจเท่าที่ควร เรื่องที่สมควรแจ้ง ก็ไม่แจ้งให้ผู้เข้สรับบริการทราบ ไป check in หลัง 14.00 ต้องนั่งรอเคียร์ห้องอีก เกือบ 1 ชั่วโมง ถ้าโรงแรมได้มาตราฐานที่ดี ลูกค้าไม่ควรนั่งรอนะค่ะ ทั้งๆที่นัดไว้ 14.00 แต่นี้ 15.00 แล้วยังไม่สามารถเขเาห้องได้

Very good service, while during very busy due to high occupancy, all receptionist staffs, especially Mr. Nheng (sorry if wrong written), was very helpful. He has arranged my stuffs, which I left there because in between I went to krabi during my stay there. Will come back again!

The room is good, everything is good. There is a bit of a problem. The cabinet turns off and the lights are not on all the time. Second, the staff forgot to refund the deposit and said that it was the customer's fault. Returning taxis to pay additional money. Didn't see responsibility for this matter But apologizing is considered and then gone
