Great location with a lovely walk along the The Thames to Shepperton. Good reasonably priced meal in the evening. Staff very friendly. Only downside our room was cold but was sorted.

Clean rooms, welcoming staff. Had an ongoing issue with electric room key, that required me to swipe it numerous times before it worked. Required a few visits to reception to get a new card. Due to annoyance of this I gave 4 stars. Otherwise a very nice stay.

Gorgeous pub and beautiful rooms with everything you could need. Plenty of parking and great food! Great value for money.

Clean room, comfortable bed,good breakfast, lovely restaurant/bar. we checked in 1.5 hour early hoping for river view but got carpark view instead

Breakfast could be better ,More portion ,bar for guest should be open until 11 pm

Could not get through by telephone to hotel staff nobody called me back !! had an accident on way to hotel from Birmingham so tried to cancel or even get refunded but no comunication from hotel when attepting to do.so ...dissappinted on a positive not no personal injuries ..regards colin wynn

The hotel staff were welcoming. Hotel and pub were clean, breakfast was cooked to order and buffet well stocked.Parking was secure.. Ideal location... Would definitely recommend...

Beautiful view over the Thames from the room. Room was clean and well serviced daily. Staff was friendly and helpful. No complaints at all.

We had a good stay, our room was lovely appreciated the decor and beautiful view. We did have to wait a few times at reception when there was no one but asides from that we enjoyed our time there.

Hotel is attached the the pub/restaurant which is great, great comfy rooms, good shower, good breakfast etc all what you would expect at this price point. Just a couple of service niggles, as we where left waiting for check-in for some 15 mins and then drinking in the bar after dinner they stopped serving at 10:30 with no warning, no bell, just 'we have shut up the bar' so we cant serve you.

The breakfast was excellent, safe parking. Excellent location
